I don't know why there are so many bad reviews. I've been ordering contacts from them since 2010 and only have had good experiences. All my orders (except one which got lost, but they resent it) arrived in the time promised. I verified that all my Geo lenses I got from them were authentic. I don't have any thing bad to say about my orders from Eyecandys.
Eye Candy's has everything you need in the coloured contacts department! This company is great, and I see them regularly updating their products and improving their service. Their customer service is extremely helpful with any questions, even more technical ones.
Eyecandy has a huge range of lenses with excellent customer service. I love how well the website is laid out, it was so easy to find the colors I wanted and in my high prescription (-800) too! My order was so cutely packaged in a bright pink envelope. Thanks, Eyecandy!
It was really easy to order and I got my order in a week (shipped to the US). As for the products themselves, 3/4 contacts I bought felt fine but the other one was not as comfortable. But oh well it's all subjective right? Other that, I'm totally satisfied with this site.
I ordered 6 pairs of prescription colored contacts from this site on Sept 23,2022. I got it on Oct 6,2022. So not too bad of a wait time. I have ordered from another Korean contacts website before and the shipping time I think is about the same.
What I like about the contacts I ordered is the the packaging-very careful packaging, each pair came with free contact lens holders (the other Korean contacts website I had ordered from did not come with extra contact lens holders) Each lens was wrapped neatly in a bubble wrap, it came with instructions on how to place them in your eyes, how to care for your lens, etc.
The colors that they offer is very unique and special. I loved all the colors I ordered-I ordered blue, grey, olive, hazel and toffee brown. They look very realistic and show up over my dark brown eyes.
I did contact customer service after about 5 days of ordering from them. I wanted to know when they were going to ship my order out. They responded in less than 5 hrs. They gave me a tracking number and it showed that they had apparently already shipped it out but for some reason I didn't get an email or maybe it got sent to my spam (idk)
I plan to order from them again. For those who are on the fence; I would recommend them. I had a great experience with them. P.S. If you are a USA customer-you need to submit a copy of your current contact subscription (this is pretty standard practice.) I hope this review helps
Nice quality contact lenses. They make me look like a completely different person, haha. They were pretty easy to put on and felt like nothing the whole time I was wearing them. Postage and packing could not be faulted either. Recommended!
I put an order in early January and it is now March 3rd and I have not received my order yet. I was unable to reach them via email (no phone number was listed so I messaged them on Facebook messenger and they got back to me same day saying the package must've been lost and that they will send me a new one within 3 business days. I've had asked for a refund but that comment has been ignored. I would never buy from here again. Fraud website.
Sorry to see they've got some bad reviews here. Personally I've ordered from Eye Candy more than 3 times and have had a perfect experience every time. They always respond to my emails in less than 24h. Delivery is definitely always within the time quoted on their site. I'd recommend Eye Candy to anyone looking for coloured contact lenses.
Paid almost $150 for 4 boxes of one-day contact lenses plus $20~ more for express shipping. But the store ended up sent them through the regular post. All the emails are being ignored. All the conplaints in Facebook were deleted without any apology or explanation. I can't believe the way they handle their slow processing and late shipment was by giving me the fake tracking number. The store took a full month period to start processing my order And shipped it through the regular post while i pay $20++ more for express shipping. It's my first time experiencing the online stores that have bad reputation in every way.
The website provides great prices for colour eye contacts with free shipping to Canada. Did I mention that it's FREE?!? It has my usual brand of clear contacts as well, I'm happy I can order both my colour and clear lenses from the same place
I love how they have so many colors, diameters and types of cosmetic lenses. I have very dark brown eyes and the pair of 'NEO Glamour Grey' I bought totally transformed them! Shipping to the US was not bad--took ~12 days to reach California. A+ for the cute packaging too.
I used to order on this site years ago and it was good, now it's awful. It's been 5 months and I still haven't received my lenses. I sent tons of messagges and they only replied once, never done nothing to help me or assure that the package was shipped for real. I'll never buy again there, scammers
My package was lost by USPS but they were nice enough to resend it. So my shipping ended up taking a month because of this fiasco. Thankfully, the contacts were lovely - everything from how they look, the packaging, comfort, etc. I would probably use a different shipping courier next time.

A week and a half after I got a confirmation saying my order was shipping, I got a message from EyeCandy's that this product was out of stock in the power I ordered (even though it was listed as available). The message asked me to choose a different pair of lenses, and I responded to the email a few days later with my new choice, although they were not quite what I wanted. It is now nearly four weeks later and I haven't heard a word from them. I've sent four messages, one each week, via both their email and the website help ticket, asking for someone to respond to my order and eventually for a refund, and I've gotten only silence. It has been 6 weeks since I placed my order.
EyeCandy's took my money and disappeared. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I wasn't sure about ordering contact lenses online, as I've always had to physically go out and inspect any lenses I bought, but now during the pandemic when people need to stay at home, I tried ordering online. The ease of ordering thru the Eyecandy site was what made me comfortable about doing this online, something I've never done before for my contact lenses. Thanks Eyecandy for a great website that makes it easy to choose what I like, and checkout, and make sure my payment is secure. Will definitely order again to avoid any other hassle.
High level of customer care from Eye Candy's. They responded to my emails and fixed my issue within a few hours which is quite rare in support nowadays. They were very reassuring even though I had quite a few newbie questions. I'll purchase again because of the good service I received.
They have a ginormous selection of contact lenses and I like how I could sort through them with all the filters on their website. Everything's affordable especially with plenty coupon codes floating around. The contact lenses are of excellent quality; I actually wear them everyday. I love how they have a subscription service now so I get them delivered to me every 3 months and get a discount each time.
My first colored lens and I'm very satisfied with my EyeCandy's experience. I got the GEO Fresh Greys and the color isn't very bright, but moderate and natural looking on my brown eyes. Shipment and fulfilment were fast seeing as they come from Asia. If they prove their longevity I'll definitely repurchase.
This was my first time buying from EyeCandy and I was a bit nervous reading some reviews but I ended up receiving my order with no problems at all. I liked how I could check my order status through online chat. My contacts even came with an instruction booklet, case and some darn cute pink packaging! (Seriously, it's most the beautiful packaging I've ever gotten from an online order) I'd definitely recommend buying from EyeCandy.

Answer: Not worth it. You may or may not receive your order. They'll give u bogus tracking. They won't answer ur emails. No phone number to call. You'll end filing a complaint with PayPal. The free shipping They offer is for only if u oder from same warehouse. There's no way for u to tell if ur ordering from the same warehouse until u check out. So expect 50 dollar shipping fee. Plus they are overpriced. Worst mistake I've made buying lenses was finding their site.

Answer: It's 2 months ship time. Don't try the tracking they send u. It's useless. It says one thing like out for delivery then two weeks later picked up by carrier and then a week later cleared customs. Wait the two months. Then file a complaint with PayPal and get ur money back.

Answer: I agree with the answer above. I advise against it. There is no free shipping. They say that and then charge u anyways. When u complain they'll tell u it shipped from different warehouses so it voids free shipping. There's no way for u to know where it's shipping from. They give u bogus tracking that makes no sense. It'll be out for delivery then clearing customs 2 weeks later. Expect a 50 dollar shipping charge. And when utry to reach customer service they will ignore u. I'd they answer its completely useless and they don't answer any of ur questions or resolve ur issue
