Returning Customer

I ordered a pair in january, paid for the fast Shipping, honestly i was nervous, because the tracking wouldnt work half the time. Then they came about a week later. Now i ordered again 3 days ago, still no shipping info. But i was Very happy with first order. Ill update with this new order

I was very skeptical about Eyecandy as I have read so many bad reviews on this company and that it was a scam. I bought 2 pairs of contacts and paid $25 AUD for the fastest shipping option. After they sent me out a tracking number, I was still really unsure and felt like I was getting scammed because I have previously read so many reviews saying they gave out fake tracking numbers. However, I received my package after 7 working days. Yay

Also, their email team is a bit slow but they do reply after like 3-4 days.

I loved that I got more than I expected. Everything was adorably packaged in a bright pink envelope. I got free cases and even a pouch to store everything in! I didn't realise that some of my products were backordered however so the delivery took a week longer than I had thought it would. Next time I'll just get the in-stock items. The contact lenses are really great though (I'm wearing them as I write)

Disappointed

Okay, so I have ordered from Eyecandy in the past and have had no issues. My contacts would be shipped within 1 week and the contacts always lasted me so long. I recently made a purchase on October 20th and I am still waiting for my parcel. The tracking number never worked once and now its "expired." WTF. I emailed them twice and no response and now by looking at these reviews it seems like I won't be receiving a response at all. I decided to look up reviews to see if maybe I was the only one dealing with this but it looks like its very common. I should have read reviews before but with my previous experience I didn't think it would be like this.

Do not order from their website, although I don't think it a scam they just have horrible customer service, and its a big waste of your time. I will try to contact them over facebook but I doubt I will receive a response. So very disappointed in this company.

Fraud and Liars

I recently made a order where there was a promotion. It was 4 value sets for eye contacts for the price of 3. When i received the shipment i only got 3 out of 4 boxes. On the promotion website did not make it clear "During checkout, you'll see the discount automatically applied" the discount did not work it is a lie. I ended up paying a lot for the boxes and they never answered me back for my emails.

Dependable

I mistakingly checked out the wrong product. I didn't find out until the next day when they were confirming my order.
I was expecting additional charges but they were just eager to help me correct my order. In a matter of minutes, they already replaced my order and had it shipped out.
I will never forget the meaningful service they provided.

Amazing!

Lots of shades and types to choose from which gives me and my sister a lot of room to mix and match (we're twins and we either make sure we match eye color or we do diferent shdes just to feel special on some events). We don't do much during quarantine since we need to stay inside and study (for online college classes) so we definitely do a lot of browsing on your site to see what we can order next. Hope you can release more gray shades, it's our favorite these days!

After waiting patiently for my delivery (the courier took a bit long), I excitedly did an unboxing of my favorite contact lenses, Eye Candy! My new unboxing video will be up on my IG so that everyone else can see how carefully they pack my order, which is very important for something like contact lenses. I love Eye Candy for the extra care they give and that's why I always order my contacts here!

Contacts didn't arrive

I ordered colored contacts from this site and paid for the expedited shipping. When the contacts didn't arrive I reached out to see where they were. They provided the tracking number but offered no further support. After reaching out to DHL and finally getting DHL to admit that they lost the shipment they are still dragging their feet about either reshipping or issuing a refund. This is especially concerning because we paid extra for the expedited shipping and it was important that they arrive in a timely manner. The least they could do is refund the cost of the extra shipping while they figure out the refund.

Mediocre

It was my first time ordering circle lenses. I've used Freshlooks before so that's the only basis I have for comparison. While the shipping was prompt, the product was mediocre. The lenses didn't change my eye color much and felt drying. I'll stick to my Freshlooks for now.

If you're like me who doesn't want to go out and just shop online, I'd higly recommend this store. Ordering from their collection of colorful and cute lenses is easy. Check out was smooth and safe (since they are using paypal 3rd party payment site). Delivery was normal, assuming you want to go the free shipping route like me lol.

I placed my order on March 24th and still haven't received my lenses as of June 10th. I have had some contact with their customer service and their initial response was that once the package is shipped it is out of their hands if it actually arrives to me. The package appeared lost and they said they'd send a replacement, but they've stopped replying to me. I'm disappointed. I was very patient because I expected some delays due to COVID19, but now that they've stopped replying I worry it is all a scam.

$#*! THESE MFS

These guys double charged my card and doesn't have the deceny to reply! I emailed them so many times trying to get my money back. If email doesnt work what will? I then went on their Instagram trying to get them to respond. I left multiple comments and what did they do next? They deleted my comments and blocked me! So ridiculous! Somebody is behind all this and choose not to respond! $#*!ing $#*!s so pissed!

I placed an order on 9/21 of this year totaling $114 with expedited shipping and it is not even shipped as of 10/20/2016. I have contacted their HelpDesk as recently as of 10/17 and still has yet to receive a reply despite their promise of reaching back to costumers within 48 hours. Not a word. I simply cannot understand what gives rise to such disrespectful and scam-like behavior and will never order from this site again.

TLDR: Just don't. Do not buy from this site.

Almost immediately

Promo for 2 pairs of lenses wasn't working and I was charged the full amount. Raised this with their Management and was able to get refund difference almost immediately. Really had no problem reaching out to their CS since I was accommodated ASAP.
