I bought contacts 8 months ago. Never recieved. I contacted them and they had them returned. Now 6 months later I keep asking for a refund and they tell me "this week". Well its been over 2 months, I write them each week and they keep saying this week, Ive not received a refund and Im getting seriously pissed off. And not only are they not refunding my money, they say when they do I have to pay them 17% restocking fee for something I didnt send back, I just never received. This company is bull$#*! and very bad customer service.
What a convenient and reliable place to order contacts from! The best part was receiving ASIAN SNACKS with my package! They were actually delicious and I thought it was so cute of them to include those.
I ordered several lens from this company in April, 2020 and it arrived in Germany middle of June, 2020 and the delivery company just sent my product back to this company without my agreement.
I told them whole situation and how unpleasant about this situation.
They told me they will investgate this situation and they promised me refund.
However, after that they never replied to my mail and they still didn't give my money back.
I feel so bad about this and I feel like they don't respect right of customer in different country.
I paid almost the same price for the delivery as the lenses I ordered so it would arrive within 3-5 days (so before Christmas Eve, basically). I then received a message saying my order was no longer unavailable, despite getting a text saying they are being shipped prior to the email. I choose another pair at the same price point, as they told me to in the email. Since then I haven't got an email back and it's been about 2 weeks. I've emailed almost everyday and all I get is the automatic email saying my email's been received. SO NOT HAPPY. THEY STOLE MY MONEY. At the very least they could give me a refund.
Nice selection of cosplay lenses. Really nice since one of my issues in the past is looking for a decent supplier of it since these are customizable. The only regret I have is how recently I just found out that this kind of shop exists. Highly recommended to all the avid cosplayers or even vloggers out there.
Thank you for always making suer that the packaging is very good! I always make sure that the lenses are secure and protected, and Eye Candy packaging is always secure with bubble wrap and hard box. I always order from Eye Candy because of the good packaging

I spent hours picking out a pair of color contacts and after a couple days of processing, I found out they need a copy of my perscription from my eye doctor?! Well I can't afford that and when I ordered a couple years ago there wasn't this rule. Now I am forced to cancel my order and Im stuck without contacts
I placed my order on April 9th... It's currently May 20th and my lenses are marked as somewhere "In Transit" still to the U.S. I'm currently figuring out how to contact them because a wait time over a month is ridiculous when they state the time it should take to pack and ship to my location. I ordered 2 pairs of lenses with no prescription (0.00) for both eyes, so there is no reason for them to take an extended period of time preparing or shipping them out.
There are terrible reviews for this website - I would not recommend their site. Kpop2 is a legit site, my toric lenses came in about 1.5 months time because they had to be customized for my astigmatism.
I ordered a pair a legging 3 months ago that has been lost in the process and they told me that they were going to send me a new one and still nothing. I asked for a refund and I have still no news. The worst experience ever, DO NOT ORDER on this website!
I was scared of buying from here at first since I bought had GEO lenses that dind't come with the authentic seals from another store. The GEOs that I got from EyeCandy came with the seals and I checked the codes to make sure they were authentic. My order arrived in 12 days which is reasonable. I am happy to say that I'll be returning for more colour lenses!
I've always been browsing EyeCandy because of the great website, and now I finally made my first purchase based on the reviews! I got my order on time and already uploaded my selfie using my first EyeCandy lenses. Definitely will order again because of the great shade of lenses, and the nice website that I can easily choose which shades I like. Thanks EyeCandy!

Thanks for the fast delivery even during this time of quarantine (in some areas at least). I would have understood if it was delayed by a day or two but my ordered arrived just in time.
I like how they have free trackable shipping but the truth is that it did take a while (3 weeks) for the order to reach Canada. Product quality is okay.
My lenses arrived in only 12 days, less than the quoted 20 working days. Everything was wrapped very well. I'm satisfied with all the products I bought from here.
So,
I never thought I'd be one of those people to write a bad review... but I am SO annoyed and pissed off.
First, I purchased 2 pairs of contacts.
Greg then emails me explaining 1 of the pairs were out of stock- I was annoyed, but what can you do... So I ended up choosing another pair...
But rather than him waiting for me to reply to his email about this, he stupidly sends out my orders separately!
When I received my first pair, I opened the package and it was completely saturated and the glass vials were broken, there was broken glass everywhere.
I totally get that, that could have happened due to transportation... but maybe they need to invest in some plastic packaging. He told me he'd send out a replacement pair for the broken one.
I'm still yet to receive my replacement pair and I've emailed him 3 times asking whether would know the ETA and no reply at all! Completely ignores me!
I honestly do not know how he/anyone can run a business like this. It's disgusting!
I will NEVER purchase from them again. This is beyond a joke.
The customer representative I chatted with was super kind and helpful despite all the confusion I caused My shipment came on time and I got everything I ordered. Everything was well protected with lots of bubble wrap, which I greatly appreciate (since USPS has sent me a package run over by their truck in the past) I also think EyeCandy's website is the best out of all circle lens sites because it's cleanest and easiest to find my prescription.
I just recieved my order which is a relief from reading all other reviews and in time too. Because i live in Australia it was excepted to arrive in 25 business days and i say it did. The main problem is the biggest... when going to track my order it would never take me to where i can track my purchase! When i would go to the help desk it wouldn't lead me anywhere. Pretty much i was in the dark for the whole shipment. Even though it came i don't know if I'll purchase from them again just because of everyone else not recieving their package and the fact that i didnt know where and what was happening with my item.
My sister and I both love all the lenses we ordered from EyeCandy's. They were all packaged beautifully and carefully. A big thank you to this company!

Answer: Not worth it. You may or may not receive your order. They'll give u bogus tracking. They won't answer ur emails. No phone number to call. You'll end filing a complaint with PayPal. The free shipping They offer is for only if u oder from same warehouse. There's no way for u to tell if ur ordering from the same warehouse until u check out. So expect 50 dollar shipping fee. Plus they are overpriced. Worst mistake I've made buying lenses was finding their site.

Answer: It's 2 months ship time. Don't try the tracking they send u. It's useless. It says one thing like out for delivery then two weeks later picked up by carrier and then a week later cleared customs. Wait the two months. Then file a complaint with PayPal and get ur money back.

Answer: I agree with the answer above. I advise against it. There is no free shipping. They say that and then charge u anyways. When u complain they'll tell u it shipped from different warehouses so it voids free shipping. There's no way for u to know where it's shipping from. They give u bogus tracking that makes no sense. It'll be out for delivery then clearing customs 2 weeks later. Expect a 50 dollar shipping charge. And when utry to reach customer service they will ignore u. I'd they answer its completely useless and they don't answer any of ur questions or resolve ur issue
