Received a pair of damaged contact lens
Not willing to refund me unless I pay for the return shipping cost? Which is half of the price of this lens! Ridiculous!
They show you a currency in USD but when I paid I checked they took the money in HK DOLLARS! So I had to pay the currency change fees! Total scam and it's been 2 weeks I have ordered and still haven't received the lenses!

Seriously? Who do I contact to receive a refund? Still not contacts and it's been over a month! My contact information still says its being prepared to Ship. I'm about $25 dollars and you guys suck!
I'm a reasonable lady but their customer service department is the definition of awful. They close their eyes and ears to what you want as a customer and almost bully you because they want your money. They don't honor anything on their site like 8 hours to change an order or 36 hours for a reply; they will ignore your emails to the point where you want to tear your hair out. They have a ridiculous policy of 15% penalty fee for cancelling an order... I just wanted to cancel to revise the type of contacts and sign up for an account for rewards, within 1 hour of placing my order, but they WOULD NOT listen or respond to any of my emails. Trash company with an embarrassing lack of self awareness. I regret placing such a huge order with them. Their "good prices" or "sales" are a farce too. You can find the lenses cheaper with faster shipping and better reliability from KLENSPOP which I only wish I'd known about before doing business with this sham of a company. Stay awaaaay. Currently dealing with my payment method about the situation.
Ordered 2 lenses, never received. They provide a fake tracking number with info about delivery that never happened. I waited for a delivery all day, and they purposely create an exception at 8:27 and a return to the sender at the SAME TIME! AND they put the burden of ot providing the wrong adress on YOU so you can pay the reshipment fee, and guest what happen when you pay: another fake shipment with the same exception: wrong address provided. Total RIP OFF. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY NEED TO BE PROSECUTED. ZERO STAR

They have HORRIBLE costumer service they take a month or long to ship your contacts even when you pay extra money. They are extremely unprofessional I ordered my ocontacts 12 days ago and they still did not ship yet and on their website it take 10 business days to ship. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AWFUL. Do not buy contact lenses from here!
Fantastic contact lenses, and very easy and comfortable to wear. The Briller lenses worked awesomely for my cosplay and didn't feel dry or anything all day. Thank you Eyecandys!

Lovin my GEO Nudy Gray contacts! They make my eyes look bigger and glowy yet still look natural. Shipping and fulfilment took around 2 weeks as the site specified.
They lenses were really thin. I tore one on accident, so be careful! Otherwise, they feel pretty comfy. Shipping was also a bit slow.
