I've bought at least 5 pairs of glasses from y'all and I can't replace lenses with you guys so after checking prices from competitors for lens replacement -- its cheaper to just buy new ones but y'all really put the carrot on a stick when it comes to being able to actually use rewards and promo codes.

Not enough room to explain everything but I have filed complaints with both the FTC and BBB regarding a misleading google advertisement, hidden and obscured terms and conditions (white text on white background), and help chat that also misleads, moves goal posts, and talks in circles wasting your time. It's almost as if they count on people being drawn in with good deals being advertised, getting to checkout, it not working due to their intentionally hard to find and obscured terms and conditions but they've spent so much time picking their glasses they just go ahead and buy them at full price. Huh. Crazy. Of course this is speculation on my part I can't prove their intent obviously. Anyways, this is not ok, and I'd advise everyone to shop elsewhere.

Wide selection of frames and lens shapes. Program allowing you to see what finished product choices would look like on you is an added bonus. Transition lenses work perfectly..

I've been an Eyebuydirect customer for years, and have never been disappointed. After submitting my order, I received my newest pair of glasses within ten days. The difficult part is making a choice, because the selection is so expansive.

The only thing I would ask for is that you gave an option to pay the $25 to get a tester pair of the frames that we'd send back so we could see them on in person before purchasing

I wanted to love them and was super excited but ended up disappointed. I can't get the frames to fit right so they keep sliding off my face (followed their directions to fix this and it didn't work) and the progressive lenses I still can't figure out (I've had progressive lenses before with no issue) I'm constantly moving my head around to find the right point of vision.

I have been ordering my glasses from eyebuydirect for over 7+ years. Its beyond compare and so easy to order exactly what you want. If I purchase a pair doesn't fit me the way I anticipated, I won't exchange them. I will gladly order another pair and keep the others as a backup. I can order 4 pairs from eyebuydirect and still have it be cheaper than purchasing 1 pair from an eyeglass chain store, even with including transition lenses. I use transitional lenses for bifocal viewing and I always have issues with peripheral vision with that feature. I went ahead and ordered theses online, and it was to the point. No overwhelming choices and features. My glasses fit perfectly and the visuals are excellent. I don't have that issue with the blurred peripherals like the in store bought glasses, and those are a whole lot more expensive. THANK YOU!

Ive been using this site for ao many years and recommend it to absolutely everyone. As long as you have your script you can choose from thousands of well priced pairs. Their customer service is top notch. Ive needed to return a pair and had to use an insurance claim on another, both a rarity, but noth taking care of wirh no push back, and quickly. Highly recommend.

The Representatives was very patient kind & helpful, they explain to me what would be very helpful for my eyes Added too my prescription glasses,,. Approaching a dozen or so pairs at this point and keep coming back! If I did needed customer service, it was always quick and pleasant. I always get compliments, love my frames and the lens options are great! Occasionally I run into issues with polarized sunglasses not being compatible to my (honestly mild) prescription with an astigmatism. Other than that, it's been awesome!

I had problems with vision in one lens. After having it checked at my Optometrist office the prescription in the lens was not correct. Eyebuydirect made a new pair of glasses with the correct description and they are perfect now. It was a quick easy process.

I lost my glasses right before a car club ride to the Texas Hill Country to drive twisty, steep roads. I placed an order for new single vision lenses. I was told they'd arrive in 2-3 business days, meaning they may or may not arrive in time to leave for my trip. I explained my situation and the glasses arrived before 11 am the NEXT day! I was thrilled; had a blast driving the Twisted Sisters and I'm back on Monday ordering progressive, transitions. Thank you EBD!

Used to buy my 6 year old glasses, with her being 6 we lost her expensive name brand pair, we got 2 new pairs for maybe 10% of the cost of the originals, and she said she even liked them better! They were lighter, easier to see through and fit her better!

I've ordered at least 10 pair of glasses from EBD in the last 5 years. I love them! So many promotions and deals, it gives me the confidence to order options. I love this because I can swap out for style but also to give variety on where they hit my nose bridge.

I needed some sunglasses and they had a decent selection available and reasonable prices. I like being able to try on the frames remotely. The turnaround time for receipt in the mail was about 2 weeks.
