I am so happy with EyeBuyDirect. I started buying my prescription eyeglasses a few years ago from this website. I do have insurance through work who gives about $200 annually towards glasses or contacts so I always use my insurance towards yearly contacts, and ask my eye dr for my eye glass RX & order them from here! They come right in the mail & I've never has an issue. =)
I have ordered many glasses from EyeBuyDirect because I love the prices and styles! Also if you are a student you can get awesome discounts! If you don't like your style, returning is super easy! They also donate the other pair - which is fantastic!
I've bought two pairs of sunglasses, and just ordered two pairs of regular glasses, the prescriptions were on point but when I ordered the sunglasses, there was a problem and for some reason they couldn't put my prescription in the frames I chose, and didn't tell me about it until 3 days after my order. It should really automatically tell you before you check out "hey we can't use these frames with your particular prescription, here are some that we can" instead I had to contact customer service and talk with a representative to get things straight and get a pair I could use. Great customer service though, she helped me out quickly and explained the problems!

They have the newest frames and very inexpensive on their lenses. I could not have found a better place to get my glasses. I just ordered a second pair and will be ordering my new perscription when I get that done. I have the Valentine frames in blue and I get many compliments on my glasses. I always tell them where I got them and the price and they cannot believe it. :)

So I was excited about their buy one get one free deal and I still didn't have to pay a lot, but the info for the promotion should be more detailed. You only get the frames free. You still pay for the lenses. I bought a pair for $15 and a pair for $9 and with the $9 pair being free I paid $34.50 for the $15 pair and lenses for both. Still, that's cheap for glasses

I`m from Europe and in my country glasses are very expensive. From your site I can get them more than half the price including frames, lenses and sending. At home I can´t get frames under 60 euros and lenses are even more expensive.
I purchased my third glasses from here and I have never had any problems with them.
I chose a pair of frames to purchase during the buy one get one promotion. When I added the frames to my checkout I was informed they were out of stock. I called customer service to find out if they knew when the frames would be back in stock, or if I could get an extension on the BOGO when the frames were back in stock. The person I spoke with couldn't tell me anything helpful, and basically said pick a new frame. Literally told me to go to the site and search for something new.
I have used Eye Buy Direct for years and never had an issues with customer service before. It is obvious service has declined in the last few years.
The last pair of glasses I purchased were auto adjusting lenses. They got stuck half on, and I walked around looking like Roy Orbison.
Toady's purchased included Sunglasses. If I am not impressed with the ones I purchased today, I will not be back
