The selection on EyeBuyDirect doesn't feature the flashy, designer-label eyewear you might want to impress people, but frankly, I'm not into wearing pricey, brand advertisements for free. And what EyeBuyDirect DOES have is smart, sharp-looking product. It took me a long time to choose exactly what I wanted precisely because the choices were good. Even so, the site is laid out well - I didn't have to go through some torturous learning process to learn how to work it. And on top of that, they even have helpful videos.
I love how unique the frames are on here. Much nicer than those you find at a Dr.'s office. You definitely save a ton of money on these glasses. The lenses do smudge easily. This is the only site I go to to buy glasses.

I've looked at cheaper sites for eyeglasses, and they are just that. Cheaper. The product selection, web store interface, customer service, and build/ship time are inferior. And while the price is lower I have come back to EyeBuyDirect twice now bc I am more than happy to pay just a little bit more for really great frames, lenses, customer service, user experience, and overall satisfaction.

Like even if you purchase 6$ frames and add extras totaling 30$ coupon wont apply and furthermore i had in my cart two frames 15$ each plus extras adding up to over 50$ then I add another pair of 6$ frames and ebd wants to discount the 6$ frames when those aren't part of the promo? The terminology is different than what we got in a prescription for for right and left eyes and distance of dead PD headed look it up on Google to find out what they defined as and they didn't have options for my prescription for my grandson which was -20 the only option they gave me was -25 was not detailed enough
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call.
