I don't like that when I ordered two pairs of glasses I could get the $6 lenses for the first pair but was forced to get the $18 lenses for my second pair. It doesn't make sense as to why I couldn't get the $6 lenses twice, and not everyone has the money to get the more expensive lenses. That's why I came to this site in the first place. Also both previous pairs I have bought from here broke in a short amount of time.
I visited with two reps. The first gentleman was difficult to understand, a heavy accent and he spoke softly. He was a bit confusing. The second rep was pretty helpful. They were ok but certainly not great customer service. I felt the price was decent yet the next day I noticed that they started running an ad for the second pair free. I was charged for two pair. Timing is everything!

I have bought 3 or 4 pairs of glasses form here (and just ordered another). Very pleased. Sometimes I find my glasses change shape, but I'm starting to think it's just because the glasses come (nearly) perfectly symmetrical, but I know my head is not. So it's probably my head bending the frames and stuff, not the glasses being faulty.
I also am kind of hard on my glasses and am not good about putting them in a case or anything. I think the quality matches the pricing. I'd still rather go through a few pairs of $25-$35 online glasses and have a variety to choose from, then to pay $120+ for a single pair at the eyeglass stores.
Was hesitant to purchase from an online retailer but was very happy with my order on Eyebuydirect.com. I was able to get 3 pairs of glasses for just over $100! I was worried the lenses might be kind of thick but my worries were for nothing. Now I know they are quality retailer going to grab some prescription sunglasses as well.
Opened up on my mobile device and was offered discount code. Also agreed to sign up for texts and received a discount code tried the first code - sorry won't work. Frames are on sale. Tried the second code - sorry first time orders only. Very frustrating.

I haven't worn glasses in about 5 years. Need them for TV and night driving. Because of the quality and price I ended up buying 6 pair because I love the way the look!

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.

There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call.
