They had some adorable glasses, very trendy and timeless styles. You can't beat the price and convenience of online shopping. I love that you can virtually try on the glasses before you buy and that they also have models wearing the glasses so you can get a better visual, The whole process from searching to checking out is extremely easy, even the prescription portion. Processing took 2 days I believe and shipping was fast, i received my glasses in 4 days. They came very nicely packaged in a brown box and inside they were in a black sleeve that doubles as a cleaning cloth. I still use it to store my classes since it's pretty modern. The quality of the glasses was great, i love them, they fit me perfectly and are extremely flattering. They felt sturdy and not flimsy at all, seemed like they will last me a while. My favorite part about buying from this site is that when you buy a pair, they give a pair to a country of your choosing, i think this is an amazing thing they are doing. I will be purchasing from here again and do recommend that you do too.

Very quick and easy way to get new glasses. There's always a sale going on and their phone support is great. Frames and lenses are actually affordable and made well enough for my low prescription. For $25 I got a pair of glasses that I'm not worried about breaking which is a breath of fresh air after my previous (expensive) experiences at brick-and-mortar stores. I went through the process of returning my first pair because I didn't like the fit, and the phone rep was very helpful and offered many discounts before providing me a shipping label. I decided to keep the frames after a little more wearing them, and all I had to do was email back and say I wasn't using the label.
I've ordered multiple glasses from eyebuy. The only issue was that when I exchanged a pair that didn't fit the replacement didn't fit either. When I reached out they informed me (for the first time) of their policy to only exchange once per order. I understand they can't make endless exchanges, but I was stuck with a pair of incorrect glasses. We went back and forth a LONG time, they finally agreed to take a return, but there was an issue either with their system or my bank and I never actually received the refund (even though I shipped the glasses back at my own cost). Neither eyebuy or my bank take responsibility for the error, so honestly it could be either.
I've been happy with 3/4 of the glasses from them, but I also now will always recommend to just return and reorder, never exchange.

I have placed many orders online only but this call to EyeBuyDirect was invaluable now and in the future. Very pleasant experience. Jason had infinite patience with my questions and concerns and offered advice I would never have understood online. Here is a picture of my computer glasses I bought a few months ago. I love the frame so much I just ordered a full progressive lens prescription with the same frame.

I've been using eye buy direct since 2012 for purchasing glasses. I love having a look that is outside the run of the mill and their selection delivers every time. The quality for price is great. I get compliments on my glasses every time I wear them and often recommend this site to anyone and everyone.
I only buy my glasses from eyebuydirect. They always have great deals to save you money and they have really great frames.
I don't know why anyone buys all their glasses at the doc's office. I just bought 3 pair of glasses for the price of one at Target. This is my third time ordering from EyeBuyDirect. The first time I only bought one pair, and added no bells and whistles, just in case the quality was subpar. Nope. They are great glasses. This time I bought two styles with clear lenses and another style with transition lenses for outdoors.
Other vision centers (looking at you, store that rhymes with Schmoptical Shmixpressions) quoted me well over $500 for a basic set of frames and the special blue-coated lenses. EBD got me the same pair for $130 with a coupon. The frames are totally perfect quality, the lenses work, and they hold 100% true to their "love it or return it" policy. I've tried buying glasses from other sites with poor luck. EBD is the only one I really trust anymore with solid service and totally great pricing. Plus, a cute selection of frames.
The customer service person was formal in her character but not very informative, however, the chat representative was professional and very smart. I received the glasses in a timely manner but they did not come with transitional lens
I called Monday only wearing the glasses once on Saturday. At that time I discovered that the glasses didn't change color (I've been wearing transitional glasses like 4ever. I'm 71)
After speaking to chat person she said I could return the glasses only if I pay an additional $113.00.
I may have made the error when filling out the form(not computer savvy) but $113.00 is way over my $$$ reach. Now I'm stuck with a pair that I may or may not wear with pride.

I can order three pairs of prescription glasses for the price of one from a traditional glasses store like Walmart. What's not to love about that?! And I have always been happy with the frames, quality, durable, fashionable.
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
