Sent the wrong prescription without bifocals. Say "We will help", then you go through a song and dance to get their screw-up fixed. Maybe cheap, not worth the hassle if something goes wrong.

I've used this site to buy almost all my glasses. Ive bought glasses from the mall and I end up spending 300$ for them to scratch. I can get the glasses I want on here and don't cry when they get ruined. Amazing.
This is my 1st time ordering prescription glasses online and the site made it easy I thought it was gonna be difficult but their instructions and the way you can find the glasses that you want and also glasses that you can find in your budget. I'm actually kind of nervous to see how it fits and how it goes but other than that this was an easy access to get new glasses ordered And on my time because it's such a hassle to go to the eye doctor or any I store to figure out what you want how you want how much where you can get all the stuff done and the Palm of your hand which is really nice.

For someone who accidentally breaks glasses all the time this place is perfect for quick replacement glasses and with a big selection I can try on different frames every 4 months.

Glasses are made out of cheap material. Do not plan to have glasses for a long time. I only had my glasses for less than 2 wks and the arm broke. Sunglasses are very durable.

I really love all the deals I get on EyeBuyDirect. I feel like I know the quality already and have such a fun time choosing glasses and virtually trying them on. They have a crazy amount of options and all so fabulous!
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
