This company cares more about being right and standing by their policies then helping their customers. They have no loyalty to their customers and will only do the bare minimum to help you. Forget about getting any help that will keep long term customers and their families coming back. I've spent hundreds of dollars on glasses with eyebuydirect, but when it comes to getting some help with a product that is barely over their 365-day return or replacement policy, you can forget about it. They will NOT help you.
I placed an order for 3 pairs of glasses on 1/26/20. After several days of seeing that the order was "pending" I contacted customer service and was told they were "waiting to confirm my prescription". But no one had ever contacted me or asked for any kind of confirmation. Once that was cleared up, I was told it would be 7 to 14 business days before the order would be complete. That time has come and gone and I am being told different delivery dates by multiple different reps. I think this company is a scam. I think I will need to contact my credit card company and have these charges reversed. If you order from here, beware that the timing you are given will not be met. I can't even give a review about the glasses themselves because I can't seem to get them delivered. Ridiculous!

I could not get the website to add my order to my cart. Had to call and get it ordered then when I went to pay I had more trouble with the website. It wasn't ver user friendly.
I have tried several times to order from the website and EVERYTIME I have issues it takes me 4-5 times to get order to go through and last time I even had to call to order. Not convenient
The process from ordering to delivery is severely flawed. They claim 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS for delivery. Mine have been stuck in "frame and lens allocation" for 2 weeks now. 3 emails to support have been responded to with the exact same wording stating a delivery date which is nearly a month from the order date. I did receive an email, probably automated, stating there has been a delay in delivery and it will be an additional 2 weeks. It did not state where in the process the delay occurs. They don't accept insurance so the entire price is out of pocket. My glasses from my optometrist took exactly 3 days from order to delivery and I live in a very rural area. These were purchased as a backup pair. I will not purchase from www.eyebuydirect.com ever again.
Overall product wasn't great. To begin the eye pieces were incredibly uncomfortable and actually left a burn type rash. Second after noticing a few scratches on my NEW glasses I contacted support at eye buy direct... it took over a week and a couple emails but they finally got back to me and said they won't do anything at all. The only thing I would say is be warned that they don't give a crap about you or anyone but getting a sale. The customer service employee are rude and no help. Make sure to shop around with other glasses companies before picking the one to buy from.
I ordered 2 pair of glasses at Eyebuy direct online on 11/29/2019. One for my wife and one for me. When my glasses arrived, I tried cautiously adjusted the right pad arm of the glasses then it snapped. I contacted Eyebuydirect customer service and sent me a replacement. Yesterday, 12/30/2019 the replacement arrived. When I carefully adjusted the left pad arm, it quickly detached from the frame. I contacted Eyebuydirect customer service and asked for a full refund but they rejected my request. I am disappointed by the low quality of Eyebuydirect's glasses.

BUYERS BEWARE: They run a lot of promotions and when you buy glasses on sale and they don't fit they will not give you 100% of your money back despite the "money back guarantee" they claim on their website. I only got a portion of my refund and told me that "offer is subject to adjustment due to modifications, returns, cancellations, and exchanges." I would look elsewhere that's more transparent about their return policy.

I spent a lot of time reviewing dimensions and although I couldn't find a frame that met all my criteria I am hoping the best compromise was selected.

Used the site a few times so far they had been excellent but this last order. I don't know first I ordered on black Friday. GO to check on my order a week later it's on HOLD. This seem to be a common issue with EBD is that no ones tells you your order is on hold. Which I think is unacceptable you could be waiting for 3-4 weeks for your order if you don't check. They need to contact you 1-2 days if there is a problem with your order.
After I message them they ask me for to upload a scan of my RX and that it MUST have my PD. Which seems like an odd request to me given that eye glass places usually don't give you your PD they should now this.
Personally I just think they didn't wanna honor my discount BOG code so they wanted to get rid of me. As they never asked for any of this in the past few orders when I paid full price. Which is fine I guess. I canceled my order and will try some other online glasses place in the future like zenni.

The Morla is everything I wanted and more! I panicked when my glasses unexpectedly broke because I'm a new hire and my benefits wouldn't kick in until the new year. Thankfully, I was able to find frames I love. The shopping experience was easy, no stress.

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
