Just had a little difficulty going back and forth thru your site. Once I realized I was going to be able to order glasses I was very happy.

I was worried because I have an astigmatism and I didn't see a selection for it but the single vision option was just what the dr ordered. I am very happy with the glasses I ordered.

I've written email asking for the refund process within my 14 days of "no questions asked refund policy" After 4 ping pong messages I was forced to go through the Replacement process because they refuse to give me a return number for refund. I still have no news from the website and I have only 6 days left of my 14 day trial. Mind you this is my 1st time ever ordering glasses online from this website. Be warned that some of us have had a truly awful customer service experience & company does not honor their refund policy.

Easy to navigate, saved my prescription numbers so when I came back to finalize my order a few weeks later I didn't have re-enter my information. Loved being able to take a picture/video so I can see what the glasses look like on me from all angles. When they came in the mail I was surprised that they fit me perfectly, like I had gone into a store in person and had them fitted. I'm really impressed by the quality!

The best glasses I've ever had have all come from Eyebuydirect. I used to get headaches whenever I got a new pair from other stores, but with the new glasses I have now, I don't even get the slightest pain. Also, this site has the best deals! I'm finally getting glasses that aren't ridiculously expensive. I'm going to keep getting glasses here for as long as I can!

Shopping online is pretty nerve racking for me. This is a very user-friendly website and on top of great reviews, it made it very easy to pick a couple pairs of new glasses. Now I'll be able to teach under harsh lighting and continue my schoolwork without the fear of a migraine from blue light. The glasses came sooner than expected and I amso happy with them.

I will begin with my only negative opinion on this company which is the discount codes. When you offer a particular percentage off it should be clear right alongside that the discount only applies to full price lenses. Instead it's not until a customer picks their frames and customized their lenses that they are made aware of this stipulation. Which I understand they are already on sale but even then some of the lenses are costlier on sale then some of the ones that are regular price. 30,40, or 50 percent off is essentially worthless to consumers if they can't apply it to the lenses they want.

Besides that I had an excellent experience with this company. My delivery arrived promptly in a very sleek eco friendly box with a care guide and a carrying pouch which doubled as a cleaning cloth. The selection of frames was impressive and there were plenty of options for every physical and aesthetic preference. The fact that blue light filtering lenses were an option was astounding as even America's Best (where I purchase my contact lenses) does not offer this.

Even without the discount the quality of the glasses I received for the price was well worth it. I don't think the website does the glasses justice, they looked so much better in person. I think selecting the thinner lenses made the glasses look like I payed way more then what I did.

The checkout process was smooth and I was updated throughout the process up until delivery. I will definitely be purchasing all my future lenses from EyeBuyDirect and advise family and friends to do the same.
