Used the site a few times so far they had been excellent but this last order. I don't know first I ordered on black Friday. GO to check on my order a week later it's on HOLD. This seem to be a common issue with EBD is that no ones tells you your order is on hold. Which I think is unacceptable you could be waiting for 3-4 weeks for your order if you don't check. They need to contact you 1-2 days if there is a problem with your order.
After I message them they ask me for to upload a scan of my RX and that it MUST have my PD. Which seems like an odd request to me given that eye glass places usually don't give you your PD they should now this.
Personally I just think they didn't wanna honor my discount BOG code so they wanted to get rid of me. As they never asked for any of this in the past few orders when I paid full price. Which is fine I guess. I canceled my order and will try some other online glasses place in the future like zenni.
