The majority of this experience was amazing, cost effective, and there are SO many cute frames to pick from. The only reason I gave four stars is because I have a very different prescription in each eye and they placed my order on hold and never notified me. I actually noticed 2-3 days later and contacted them. Other than that everything was fantastic. Once they verified my prescription it was smooth sailing. AND I paid less for them than I usually do when I use my insurance! Highly recommended.
Ordering online is easy. This is my second time ordering from them. I received my glasses within 2 weeks. I ordered 2 pair this time and the 2nd pair didn't fit my face right so I called to exchange and they happily process the exchange for me. No hassle and it was quick and easy.
I have a problem with arms getting loose on every pair of glasses I get. Last pair only lasted 3 months before being unwearable. Ay $400 a pop, that's pretty expensive. Saw this company and decided to gibe it a try. Right now, they are perfect and holding up well.

For the price the glasses are fine, prescription is good. I paid 19.00 for expedited shipping and it took 2 weeks to get my order. I found it hard to get through to customer service for information. When I finally did get through I didn't get much information. If you aren't in a hurry you can get some good cheap glasses. Customer service can use some work.

I liked how easy it was to enter my information. However disappointed in how I struggled to find a variety of lenses for a wide face and how based on my prescription I wasn't eligible for certain frames. Upset that shipping was way more than the frames especially for a 1st time purchase.
