One pair wasn't done right and I had to send them back to be replaced
So the Sunglasses I ordered were NEVADA - BROWN STRIPE. However, in person, these glasses do not appear as they're advertised on the site. A new image of those sunglasses needs to be posted on the site as the one customers see. Because the frames are NOT brown striped, they're maroon.
With my Sebastian eyeglasses, I am THRILLED! They're beautiful and comfortable and I can SEEEEE!
My only complaint is how long it takes to deliver them.

The glasses I first chose were too big, but I was able to return them postage paid and try another pair. I had to wait on the phone a little long to get it taken care of, but the people who helped me were helpful. I hoped I could do the exchange online, but I didn't ever hear back or get the refund, so I had to call in.
We loved the site. Just got confused about shipping. We chose to pay an extra $20 to get the glasses sooner. We thought that meant we would receive them in 2-7 days. But after not receiving them for almost 2 weeks we called and were told that it takes up to two weeks just to make the glasses and that extra money was just to expedite the shipping process. Somehow this should be made clear throughout the process. Thanks for a great product.

I watched a video on Youtube about purchasing eyeglasses on line compared to going to a store. When questioned, the managers of the walk in stores could not explain why their eyeglasses were priced so extremely high compared to the online stores. I couldn't be happier, and will continue to purchase future eyeglasses from your store, and have also spread the word of how we have saved a lot of money. My eyeglasses used to cost $400 - $500, and how cost somewhere between $120 - $190.00, depending on what extras I want. Thank you

Delivery time was around 10 days. I am honest when I say these glasses fit perfectly right out of the box! Chain store glasses never fit correctly, even after several pairs over the years, several adjustments. My face, nose and ears are not the easiest to accommodate. These glasses fit, fit very well, no adjustments necessary so far. Will buy from EyeBuyDirect again!

Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
