There needs to be more selection and more information provide for the selections. There wasn't much faded/ light/ matted pink color options in small size frames, I had to get a medium size. There needs to be more small size options period. There is not an option to chooses cat eye, you have to choose 3 different frame types just to see the cat eye options. There needs to be a picture of the glasses on a face for every frame, I had to go to the reviews in hopes that someone posted a picture of themselves in the frames. The frame shape name needs to have a picture next to it, so you know what the name "type of frame shape it is" instead of having to google frame shapes. - This was just my experience in the selection process... I will have to see what I get, and how long it takes, before I can make direct comments about the order.
Surprised for the low prices it offered, the lenses themselves weren't too expensive and was able to buy a pair of glasses for under $50, depending on how the glasses are I will be shopping here again.

This must have been my 6th or 7th purchase. Can't be beat! Went to Target Optical and still haven't got my glasses, first time wrong script, second time, cracked lens when adjusting them! Never again!

This is the 6th pair of glasses I've purchased from EBD. I thought getting the right lens ordered would be a challenge but the lens of my first pair was perfect. Only one pair slid down my nose but that was easily exchanged for another pair. I bought the "Get Lucky" frames only a few months ago. First problem: On three occasions, a screw came out. The screwdriver in the tool kit you provided was not magnetized which made re-inserting the screw awkward and time consuming. Then one of the frame temples snapped, necessitating me buying new glasses today. So the glasses only lasted about four months. If these have similar problems I will find another provider.

Shopping made easy... the frames look good and for a cheap price. Haven't recieved them yet so dont know how long shipping will take. Didnt like having to buy lenses as I plan on getting the lenses from my own eye doctor so wasted money having to buy ones that I will only replace as soon as I recieve the glasses...
Answer: Or you can be like me and have not received your order after more than a month of waiting. Granted, I'm in Guam, but given that the USPS works here pretty much the same way it works in the states, no other retailer has any problem getting their packages to me in a timely manner. The company has sent me two different tracking numbers for the same package. The tracking report from the post office says the package was supposed to be here 12 days ago and the last time it appears the package was scanned was 24 days ago. I have emailed the company multiple times and every time they reply with some generic apology and continue to stall. The package clearly got lost in the mail, I get that and I am typically a reasonable person but any respectable merchant intent on providing good customer service in today's online marketplace would have owned up to the issue and offered a refund or have already shipped out a replacement product. They've done neither. Does it mean they are bad people running a bad business? Probably not. However, it does mean there are probably better companies out there to give your business to who won't take so long to get you your glasses.
Answer: It depends on the frame. Some are plastic, some are metal, and there are other materials used as well. The descriptions will indicate the materials they are made out of. I've ordered 3 pairs from EBD ($6 and $9 pairs--cheapest there are) and they are excellent quality. An equivalent pair of frames alone from the store would have cost $150+, not including lenses.
Answer: I received two pairs very quickly but was very disappointed when i put them on only to find out the prescription was completely wrong. There are no refund or exchange directions in your website or with the packaging, so I did not know the number to call. Please get in touch with me asap about exchanging the glasses for ones with the correct lenses. Thank you very much.
