Lots of choice.by my mistake i put in the wrong prescription...they replaced my glasses...only one thing missing the glasses were supposed to be progressive...making them work

So many choices, the site was easy to navigate.Was simple to plug in my prescription. My only qualm is that it said they were reflective and you can see my eyes. I recommend paying the upgrade.

Always an easy shopping experience; great website, excellent quality and awesome customer support. The only downside is the lack of new options and styles available.

Found nice frame, but unfortunately the lenses are far inferior to the Nikon ones in my much more expensive glasses from the Optometrist. I can't use these at all. Not for reading, not for distance.

I have purchased 2 other pairs from 2 different places and I can't wear either, for different reasons

Ordered two frames, one was received broken. After corresponding with Eyebuydirect, I received a replacement pair in 10 days. Was very satisfied with their products, price and customer service.

So far so good I received my original order and did not fit properly and I called them and I got a replacement for no cost and I did mot have to return the original product sure was an easy transaction

Good Price, love the fact that you can try them with the camera.

The frame is smaller than I expected and temples are long, the temples tips not curved so they don't fit well.

Good, Simple, Quick. I enjoyed that I can see my past prescription. Only negative is that you can't try on before hand which left me with a pair I don't necessarily love on myself.

Love all the model of the glasses and very fast delivery the box are very cute and eco friendly

Easy to walk though. It was very easy to place the order for my husband's sunglasses. We got his regular everyday glasses here and were very pleased as well.

Same great experience as always. Although my coupon was wiped from my cart and I almost checked out without it being properly applied after I had previously confirmed it.

Shopping was easy, however I spoke to a customer service representative to add chromatic lenses and paid for it, but when I received my glasses they were not chromatic.

I've purchased from Eye Buy Direct many times and I've always been satisfied even if the glasses don't particularly end up working out for me, the buying/shipping experience is always positive. This site is similar to clearly.ca but I found that Clearly doesn't offer different sizing options whereas Eye Buy Direct does, something that I really love. Eye Buy Direct works mostly the same as clearly.ca, as you shop you can actually virtually try on glasses, input in your prescription if you have one and there's always amazing BOGO deals! Every single time I've shopped with Eye Buy Direct I've gotten a BOGO deal, it's incredible.

Another thing that surprised me was their customer service. I wrote a review about a pair of glasses that unfortunately were just super uncomfortable to wear and they reached out to me via email almost immediately asking if I wanted to exchange or even a refund! That level of service is top-notch. I recommend this site fully if you're someone who has their prescription and is looking for a fashionable pair of glasses or sunglasses. One thing I want to point out is their shipping time. You have to keep in mind that it takes time to actually make your lenses, especially if you have a prescription! Every prescription is different so it could take up to 2 weeks to ship, but once it has shipped it doesn't take long to receive it.

Vision isn't completely sharp for reading & distance. I will recheck Rx with doctor to make sure I entered correct values on order. I will reorder if needed.

Was great service, my prescription was spot on even the progressive ones. Excellent prices, affordable and delivered within two weeks. I was amazed and will shop there again
