This is my favourite place to buy glasses, you get exactly what you're looking for at amazing prices. My $250/2years vision benefits get me 4-5 pairs.

I bought a pair of glasses and when they came they didn't fit my face properly so I messaged their customer service and it was extremely easy to get another pair that fit me really well.

A little difficult to find the appropriate size even after entering my perimeters.
Should have free shipping like other companies. If you offer a discount to then charge shipping what's the point

Prices are good but quality of the product is not great. I upgraded my son's lenses and they don't look upgraded to me. I think the upgrade was a waste of money.

Disappointed in the quality of one set of frames.
Slow delivery, unsatisfactory explanation on delivery during a phone conversation, representative unable to provide track status of order.

That is my first experience with this site and that was all perfect, the price and delivery times were very reasonable, I will not hesitate to repeat my experience if necessary!

Glasses came in a timely fashion, in great quality, and for a fantastic price. I've bought 3 pairs of glasses from 2 separate orders and have been extremely satisfied both times.

I tried multiple times to purchase a different pair of glasses (Cumulo) after filtering for my perscription the website told me that I could purchase these, however when I input my perscription it says they cannot put in progressive lenses-the glasses I chose also did not give me any lense options except for the most expensive progressive lense and would not let me option clear lenses only transition-

This is my 3rd pair of prescription eyeglasses from Eyebuydirect...I am very pleased with the price, lens quality and service. The frames and styles are good for the price paid.

Everything was very good, I actually had to call for customer service due to a mistake on my order and got through right away and the representative was very helpful

Put all the specs in and got my glasses with in 10 days...this was not our first experience with eye buy direct and it most certainly wont be our last.

I purchased the glasses to have the frame and had my optometrist put in my prescription. They are sturdy and fit perfectly. I am very pleased with this purchase.
