Took me a while to navigate but then I'm a newbie at this… Hi, loved my frames but the prescription for progressives were not progressive, and Ive been meaning to get a hold of you, I'm afraid that these glasses which were supposed to be progressive, werent... Is there any chance I can return the ones you sent and could you remake them with the progressive prescription?

Even though I couldn't use the promotions I was receiving the app was easy to use. I found the frame the suited me easily. The prescription was easy to enter. The time I received my glasses was fast and efficient.

First time buying glasses online. Today is my birthday and thought I would get some stylish glasses for my birthday. I have a schedule that has me work 2 weeks away from home at a time. It took about 2 weeks to get the delivery. Since I was at work in the middle of my 14 day shift, they arrived in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada one week after I arrived home from work. Although I was nervous to order glasses online, I am so happy that I ordered from EYEBUYDIRECT.

Limited shapes in colour and material that I liked. Sent glasses with mixed up prescription. Which took a bit to figure out. Customer service was great with understanding and ideas, suggestions.

Easy and quick. I am very annoyed by this survey, however, which has too many questions and demands 50 characters per answer. My enthusiasm is waning for your company.

I have ordered several times from eyebuydirect. Previously, when my glasses broke, the follow up service was exceptional. I had them replaced in no time.

I bought two pairs of glasses on June 30. When it became clear the other day that they wouldn't deliver on their promise of 10 to 14 business days delivery, I contacted them. Nothing! Later I spoke an agent (be advised they use bots like the Russians) who said he would escalate my concerns. Nothing. No response whatsoever.

Yesterday the response to yet another email about delivery yielded a message telling me to contact Paypal? Yeah, cos Paypal are in the delivery business. Today, no reply. Not to email. Not to the chat bot. So I called. They finally admitted that they had no intention of delivering on their 10 to 14 day promise. Shameful. There are lots of online glasses outfits. Do NOT bother with EyeBuyDirect, Canada or otherwise - but especially if you are Canadian. Try Clearly who actually appear to care about their customers. I have only become a client of Cleary as a result of this experience. EyeBuyDirect are charlatans and repugnant and lie. Perhaps they are a Russian scam. Save your frustration.

Thanks a bunch for fast delivery and reasonable prices. Unfortunately they're smaller than the try on feature led me to believe. They are smaller then my last pair which looked to be the same.
