Pretty good. My daughter was the person that told me about it so she did help me get started. It was pretty simple. I really liked that I was able to try on the frames with the camera's help. It really helps to see yourself with the perfect frames. The service and price was exceptional.

Easy, simple. Just waiting to see the delivery and the quality of the glasses itself.
My glasses were just how I expected them to be, just needed to better describe my prescription better, as I needed reading glasses and not my far vision one.

As usual, no-fuss ordering. Clear process. The glasses fit very well. I ordered clear glasses and sun glasses with the same prescription. The frames fit very well, and the tint of the sunglasses came out perfect, no color distortions and good protection.

You guys are the BEST! And customer service is TOP NOTCH! I really wanted a pair of eyeglasses in the past to come in before an upcoming event. For some reason the ETA was showing a later date than I am normally used to with EyeBuyDirect (Since I order quite a bit). I emailed the Customer Service Support asked if anything can be done and they made it happen. Got the glasses days before my event! Made my day! Thank you so much. I have recommended you to ALL my friends and family, they are now starting to use your serivices.

Easy to order and perfectly good glasses at a fraction of the cost.
I was impressed with the prescription glasses and the prescription sunglasses.
I paid about as much for the two glasses as I did for my eye exam for my previous ones...

The only thing that was tricky was the prescription, once I worked that out, it was an awesome experience. I was able to figure out the fit that works best for me and got my first two pairs. One of said pairs did not quite fit my face, I contacted support and they got back to me in a quick manner and explained how everything would work, it took quite a while for them to be done, but I am in lovee.

Was going to return my 2nd order, decided to keep them and order another pair, thanks for being the best Eyewear website I have ever used.

The frames are perfect. I wish l'd had a better idea of what the colour of the lenses would be. The picture on the monitor looked much more grayish than the lenses turned out to be. Also l was able to adjust the bend on the arms to my satisfaction. But the progressive lens and the overall style are good.

First pair Vogue fit great BUT 2nd & 3rd pair HUGE even thought they were the same measurements as first pair! I'm sitting with two unusable frames.
I did carefully check screw to screw measurements on ordering the 3rd pair as instructed by a customer service rep...
Expensive experience and just wanted two pair of wearable glasses.
Appreciate the x1 offer to replace the 2nd pair but extremely frustrated with this experience...

I LOVE my new glasses! They arrived well packaged and very quickly, the prescription is correct and the frames fit well. I saved hundreds of dollars shopping at EyeBuy Direct. Will definitely refer my friends and will purchase again.

I had no experience with this company, but was willing to give it a try. WOW, was I pleased! I love the frames, they fit perfectly and more importantly, the lenses were cut properly and I can see very well with them. I was very displeased with my local dispenser as they cut my last lenses twice, and still the progressives weren't in the right spot.

Super easy to do and lots of cute frames! The heart shaped ones are my favourite. Lots of people have asked me if these are my actual prescription glasses and I love telling them yes and where to get them haha.

Found a pair of glasses I wanted in a medium, but there was no option for a standard mirrored lense, only a more expensive lense by a fair amount. I received the glasses and they'll do, but I definitely would've preferred them the size up.

Products were exactly as advertised. I have purchased several glasses now and have always been happy. The only time I was not, I spoke with customer service and they went above and beyond.

Love the site. Love all my glasses. Sometimes the color is not true to the "shade"'of the color that you think you are ordering. For example, is it red? Or burgandy? What shade of pink? My new prescription was not correct in the glasses I ordered, but the customer service person was excellent and the problem was fixed and new glasses sent to me! GREAT customer service!

Trying to buy Burgundy coloured glasses and hsve received teo pairs now. One is bright red and the other is pink. One was described as burgundy on the website and the other one was described as Crimson. They both looked like they would be burgundy. Very difficult to choose and find the colour I want.

Pretty good besides a 15-minute period during which the website would not let me add the finalized glasses to my cart (both on desktop and mobile, and wifi was working perfectly for all other sites)

Thanks, I am new here so thought I would give y'all a try! Very frustrating! I am a 1st time customer. I sent you my Prescription & the right lens was not right. You re-made them & sent me out the right, corrected pair, along with another pair of the WRONG ones, too! I was thinking the extra pair would be ones with the Corrected right lens, too, but you sent me a 2nd WRONG pair again. Seems like a waste, I received 3 pairs, with just ONE correct pair. A bit disappointing.~~~
