Couldn't Access payment because a small selection (Shipping/ not obvious) was not clicked on. Had to communicate with the chat to correct the problem. Other than, great product! Totally happy with my purchased!

There wasn't anywhere to enter POWER30, to get 30% off, when checking out. As a senior, I sure could've used that 30%.
Also, I found the frame a little big and there are no separate nose pads so the frame tends to slip. I'll know what to look for next time.

Try on feature is great! Website is easy to use. I have learned from previous experience that ordering single vision lenses from your site is the way to go. I had a little trouble with the one pair of progressives I ordered previously, so I will absolutely use the site again to purchase single vision lenses.

It was a painless ordering process. I needed to exchange them as they were progressive and it messed with my balance and i couldnt tead a thing. I needed to reorder bifocals. Two different reps told me the opposite about my options. Apparently invisable line bifocals do not come in sunglasses. You cant get bifocal sunglasses. I had to order regular glass with a tint so they work like sunglasses. Hopefully the line won't be super noticeable... Not so painless getting all of it straightened around. Waiting on the new glasses to arrive.

The optometrist phoned me to ensure my prescription was as stated and i told her I was leaving on a trip and I needed the glasses in a week. She made it happen. All the way from Texas. Tell her i so appreciate her kindness.

Super easy to maneuver the site & the ability to 'try the glasses on' is a great feature however when I ordered the glasses & received them (very quickly, as promised) it turns out I cannot see out of them. Not sure if my prescription was misread or the original prescription was a mistake (am following up with my eye doctor to verify)

Glasses were a little tight around the ears.
Sunglasses weren't exactly what I expected but I still like both.

Also with the discount, I wish I had of known that it was before the prescription.

Impressive and quite remarkable. My prescription felt good and the products were worth the prices. Communication was superb and seamless from the beginning of the order to the receipt. I will certainly spread the news and order more beautiful designs in the near future.

Quick and easy, I have ordered glasses online before and had a bad experience so I hope that this time I get glasses that actually help my eyes and not hurt them. I will report back!

The website has a huge selection of frames at every price range. The video "try on" function works great and gives a realistic view of what the glasses will look like. Delivery is fast and the price is unbeatable!

At first the information was a bit overwhelming but I purchased a pair of not too expensive glasses so as not to risk returns. Everything was great. I put them on as soon as I got them and all was good.

Quite easy to manage through the web sit to choose the frames. The number of choices however is a little overwhelming.
My fourth purchase, 'this one being for my wife's prescription. EBD is my eyeglass go to place.

Pretty good. My daughter was the person that told me about it so she did help me get started. It was pretty simple. I really liked that I was able to try on the frames with the camera's help. It really helps to see yourself with the perfect frames. The service and price was exceptional.
