When I received my glasses the prescription was off and I didn't care for how I looked with them. I sent an emailed explaining this and asked for a refund but instead they asked for a copy of my prescription (which I thought was just for their records) and they sent me the same pair (which I had said I didn't care for) with the fixed prescription. Now I'm stuck with them because I it wasn't clear that it was either refund OR exchange. They just sent the exchange with my asking for it.

This is a great website. Can upload your prescription, included the PD values and left and right lens values. Including reading or bifocal etc. Or transition lenses. You can choose from a variety. Everything comes in a Canada Post Express delivery. It goes into your mailbox. It's small enough and the clock that it comes inside can be used to shine the glass. It's very very good value. Move on in life and take a job that even doesn't have benefits if you have this one.

There is a great selection of glasses and lots of promotions which makes it nice to shop here. The glasses had a but of an issue at first of the PD but once I took it to my optician who told me the correct one it was hassle free to change the PD. The glasses seemed a but smaller than the virtual try-on so I would ike to say it is not 100% accurate- it is like 60% accurate. The glasses are lightweight, and have lots of features for the price which you cannot get at any standard eye glasses shop.

It's a a pretty good website. I did have trouble going round in circles at checkout when I changed the addressee on the address. Then I had to pay for shipping, but I thought, why? Isn't standard shipping included?

Bought a similar pair at a mall shop and that cost about $50 more than the pair from Eyebuydirect. Overall good experience. Reasonably priced for frames and lense type. Arrived quite quickly. Accurate to the prescription, no headache or discomfort. Just had to do minor tightening to the arm for a better fit.

Love this site, easy to use, smooth payment process, however the glasses I purchased this time were poor quality. The metal is too flimsy, couldn't get them to sit properly on my face. Was in the hospital so I could not return them.

It is new to me, I enjoyed the shopping experience, the Try on did not work for all my selections. Also I will not order from you again because my inbox was full of your emails and the offers did not come to fruition when I tried to order more glasses. I like the glasses but other sites do not bombard me with emails.

I Love the glasses they offer and when I find a pair I really like I usually buy them in every colour. The prices and quality can't be beat. There's always a good deal going on and my glasses have arrived within 7 business days both time I've ordered.

The only problem I had with my first order is that I got two pairs with the same prescription, but when I brought them to a store in-person to check them the glasses weren't both the same prescription. They were only slightly off and I was only using the second pair as back up but just fair warning.

The glasses look great. One problem - the progressive lenses were wrong. OK for close-up (reading), but not for far. The optometrist at my local mall said they were made for reading/computer, not real progressives. Oh well, they sufficed until my good ones arrived from the store.

I have ordered a few glasses from this online store, and so far the experience was good. It's easy to use and the customer service is pretty good. Haven't had issues so far.

Some glasses didn't work out unfortunately. They were either the wrong prescription or wrong size, they resend the glasses and if they don't fit you get your money back.

The process was quick, easy and efficient! The website has a lot of selection and the sizes were very accurate. Delivery was quicker than I anticipated and my health benefits covered the expenses up to my allotment.

This was my first time using an online eye glass retailer. The selection available was amazing! I was able to choose a couple stylish pairs with my prescription and saved myself hundreds of dollars compared to my previous brick and morter stores. If you are weary of using an online service for glasses I would definitely recommend this site.

I have purchased a prescription glasses, It wasn't the right size but they really replace it with new one & it was very fast and convenient. Thank you for all your help. It was the most easiest transaction & easy customer service to deal with.

Biphocal was not what I expected, transition is too drastic, glasses are un wearable, after consulting with two different optometry shops, both were not impressed and told me they very rarely sell these kinds of glasses anymore.

So far so good! Website runs well, is organized well, it does have some very minor quirks with organizing listings on a portrait-orientation 1080p monitor but I've seen far worse using other websites in that configuration and it does not impact usability. Overall quite pleasant, cant wait to get my frames!

The first half of this review was written when I hadn't received my frames yet. I found I had ordered the wrong size entirely, but talked with their customer support and was able to get a replacement WITH my prescription instead of just trying to shove my existing lenses into new frames, no charge. For all the shortcomings our world's encountered in recent years, this is a light in the dark. Thank you guys!

Ordering is easy in 3 steps and there is appropriate selection of options. Appreciate that order arrived in less than 2 weeks. It is not a secret that some other online stores ship from China and it rutinely takes above month.

The quality and service are great. Eye Buy Direct was able to make glasses for me that their competition could not. Unfortunately I chose frames that are not very comfortable. I have bought other frames here that are better.
