I would have liked to buy only the frames - without any lens of any kind to save a little money since I wanted to get my own lenses made locally. But there is no option for no lens. The frames are definitely cheaper quality than I was hoping for. I didn't pay much for them which is the saving grace. However, I am worried that if I get lenses installed and have the local eyeglass store adjust the frames, that they will crack or break.

Great product, very good service, good price. Only thing I don't like is the large number of Email advertisements I get. I tried to unsubscribe, but the selection options does not seem to work. 1 Email per week would be more than enough!

Maybe it's my phone; Payment process not seamless. Expectations were a little low. The fit was a little off but still good and comfortable. The blue light feature is great. Will buy again but probably shades. The fitting process could've been better; maybe an instructional video.

It's really hard to choose frames online, my mistake. Even with using a picture it is very difficult to really judge. They came and needed a lot of adjustment and the optician shops won't touch a frame that's not theirs. So the whole thing was a mistake for me.

First time shopping here and it was a great experience! Website is excellent and very user-friendly. Customer service is top-notch--quick and very helpful. I have yet to see an online company that operates as high-level as this one. I was even gifted a pair of glasses that I wanted to return, but they let me keep them so that I would have a back-up pair.

Overall, I'm totally impressed!

Great selection at fair prices. Easy to navigate website. Unfortunately the eyeglass I purchased did not fit my face and was uncomfortable to wear. I asked for a refund on that order and purchased a different eyeglass from EyeBuyDirect. The refund hasn't been processed yet but I am hopeful the refund will be issued without any difficulties.

So far so good! I'm happy with my glasses, no problems and they fit well. I have a small face and there are not that many options for x-small faces. The only thing I would have preferred is a lighter colour frame but I liked the style and only dark brown.

Great so far. My glasses are perfect and of great quality. I will definitely recommend and shop here again soon.
I was a bit nervous to buy online but I'm glad I did. Just to note my prescription is very strong but they nail it.

Having the ability for virtual trying on the glasses was very helpful in making my initial choice for an inexpensive pair of glasses. If I am truly pleased after their arrival, I will not hesitate in purchasing a more expensive pair in another style I choose. Thank you.

Quality,variety, ease of use great quality and value. Customer service was outstanding! I made a bit of an error but they fixed it for me and sent new glasses. I'm truly grateful. I've bought many glasses from them (8In last 10 months) and every time complete satisfaction. Definitely my go to place for glasses.

Great website with lots of selections. Amazing filter that let me find the best frame and lens. When my order didn't turn out exactly the way expected, EBD went above and beyond to get it sorted out. Now I have a pair that works really well and super happy.

It is not easy to pick the right frame for your face, I had made lots of wrong choices, but maybe experience gave me a lesson, this white frame just so gentle and clean. For so many choices, there are no rules what is the perfect frame for you, but avoid to make mistake, expensive frame can make you regret!

Great range of styles and options and incredibly reasonable prices plus my individual prescription saved on my account. Web design is intuitive. It just works. The product is really good.

What I'm not keen on is the made in China bit and the aggressive email marketing campaign.

Pretty great but I just have trouble after I select the type of glasses I want ie progressive. Couldn't get past that point and had to contact my son to help me out! Glasses prescription is great! Didn't like first frames but a helpful person on the phone helped me choose another set. Love them!

I would appreciate more upfront and concise information regarding UV protection. I called the number and spoke to someone who had just read what was on the website. Specifically, I was looking for more precise definitions of what products offer uv400 protection and furthermore what each lens that claims UV protection actually offers in terms of protection. I feel this info should be displayed beside each lens selection as the customer is building their pair of glasses

Update; I regret getting the blue light filter coating on my lenses

Easy to navigate website with good options. Read somewhere the processing was fast but after multiple days I found that 'fast service' was only for USA. The FAQ mentions it can take a couple of weeks. It took a few days from purchase to start preparing my order and more than 10 days to mail and once shipped took less than 48hrs. Good quality but long wait.

The information on measurements for the glasses was not completely clear.
I found the cases that were offered not good enough so I didn't add any to my order.
The glasses that I received had ok lenses but the make of the frame feels somewhat flimsy although it works. While cleaning the lenses it feels like they might pop by accident.
