Convenient and great value. I was pleased with my choice even though I couldn't try them on.

Quick and easy choices and prompt delivery. Quality of frame could be a bit better and maybe a bit more stylish... not that solid but ample but lenses are spot on!... Can see very clearly... Overall I am pleased and pricing as compared to all optometrists is very reasonable.

At checkout, however, I was charged shipping when it said orders over $99 = free shipping. Not true.

This was my 4th purchase. I first tried because I have a tendency of breaking or losing glasses. I need large frames and retail these typically cost me $700+ for something I'd like. I've purchased 4 pairs with eye buy direct plus one pair of prescription sunglasses in 3+ years. Very satisfied.

Great site, good prices. Have had a couple flimsy pairs (Cella) which were quite nice but the arms broke easily. Also I have experienced an error with the "Try me on" function, where my image is distorted at first, until I rotate the phone into landscape and then back into portrait.

Love the try on option. Sizing was a little scary at first but worked out perfect for my son. Limited prescription options so will bit be able to buy for myself as I'm passed -6.0. My son LOVES his new glasses took about 2 weeks but had an update so we knew what was happening with them the whole time.

Service and experience was great. Sadly my purchase didn't qualify for the 2 for one promo

I appreciate the try on feature and ability to save preferences. This makes the selection a lot easier. Eyebuydirect has great selection at good prices so I've never had a problem in finding my perfect pair!

The process was straight forward and fairly easy. On the second try the result is quite satisfactory.
On the original order I inadvertently entered my prescription information incorrectly and the resulting lenses were of course unusable. For the replacement glasses, personnel from Eyebuydirect contacted me various times to verify the prescription details. The results were exactly as hoped for.

However, had the same care gone into my original order, we would have caught that prescription error and, A: I would have been able to use the new glasses 2 weeks sooner and B: I would not have used up my one time free replacement warranty by ordering the second pair. Possibly too much depended on the website form input form, considering we don't all have perfect computer skills?

I initially ordered a pair of sunglasses that ended up being too big for me (they kept falling off), so I called in and spoke with a customer service representative. Not only did she put in a replacement order, but she was very friendly, positive, and extremely helpful.

Easy to use online. Code in my email did not work which is why I took 1 star off.
Glasses arrived quickly and the style is really cute but they are really cheap. They are made of a super light cheap plastic that makes a cracking sound ever time you put them on. They won't last long which sucks because the style is cute~

I ordered the same prescription but these glasses are very different from the last ones I ordered. They are progressive lenses and the part of them for viewing up close (ie. Phone, computer, books) is not right! Hurts my eyes almost immediately.

Glasses are always beautiful and top quality, better than classic $500 eye-glasses from your optometrist store. I first started with a pair of prescription glasses, and these exceeded my expectations! Next I bought a pair blue light protection to use while in front of my laptop. Also awesome, next I got eye surgery(LASIK) but that didn't stop me. I got a pair of sunglasses for me and my husband. I will keep buying, this is a great online shop

My two daughters quickly found frames they liked. It was easy to input the information. Delivery was quick and they loved them. We did a two-for-one so it was not expensive. I would order again. Thank you!

Great selection and easy to follow information for prescription glasses, but I received a "welcome" code for free shipping and a 15% discount but there was no indication thru the check out process where to use it? So I contacted them directly and they made it right, very happy with the customer service!
