Extreme Terrain

I called to place an order and was told one of the items was out of stock, but a shipment would arrive on Dec. 17th, so I waited until the 17th, placed the order and was told by another person in the "chat" the item wouldn't arrive until Jan 10th. I wasn't too happy to say the least, but placed the order anyway, and one item did arrive in a timely manner in time for Christmas, which did alleviate my stress level, I'm hoping the delivery date for the other item doesn't get pushed back again!

These items are a gift for my son-in-law for Christmas. My only issue with Extreme Terrain is that they always ask for particulars about the car that I don't know, even for gift certificates. I can't proceed without answering the questions so I just make up my answers. For one of these gifts I really did need to know the make, model and color (which I had to ask, taking any surprise away) but in the past they always asked those questions when it wasn't necessary (as for a gift certificate).

I ran into significant problems fitting the Bull Bar to my 2024 Bronco Sport Badlands.
I think you should have a note for Badlands models and offer 2 bottom frame brackets and a cutout guide. I'd have been willing to pay for these initially.
I made 2 brackets out of 16ga steel and used the factory bottom vertical bolt by putting the bracket between the vertical frame bottom and the skid plate found on Badlands models. I drilled 2x 7/16" holes and bent the bracket 90deg.
Next problem was the fascia interfering with the bottom of your bracket. I had to cut out with a hole saw and jigsaw a relief for the bracket. This took 4 tries mounting the fascia assy, each cutout version increasing in size, slightly.
My only ask is to spare others my troubles and improve the customer experience installing your Bull Bar. Design a bracket and a cut template for the fascia. Maybe offer it as a modification kit.

Had a few days delayed shipping something to do with an incorrect address. When it arrived it was exactly what I expected. Super easy install but the directions for the lights was nada. I decided that it was a little weak in a few areas so being a fabricator
I decided to add some extra brackets and add a few welds just for my own piece of mind. China welds suck! Other than that it's a great looking bumper and for the price can't complain.

This exhaust is very nice and pretty easy to install, I had to remove the cross plate to get the front section off but it was pretty easy and I didn't had to use any words 😂

I've never had any issues with this company & great service. The orders arrived within the time frame given to me.

Only four stars because the plastic keepers for the bumper bolts don't work very well if you are working without any help other than that it looks great.

Great process, delivery was smooth, and exactly what I needed to use my brand new spare that had never been rotated into my current set of tires! They work great and have performed well already in deep snow and mud out at elk camp recently! TMPS sensors are also great- no more sensor light at all!
