Last three orders were shipped with completely incorrect items. Last order was for 65.00 hardtop screws. They sent me 188.00 led side lights. Not even close to the item number. Just sloppy. Will find other vendors for needs now. Just sloppy business.

I ordered 5 new rims and lug nuts and got them within 5 days of my order viA FedEx. Packaging was solid and no damage to anything upon receipt.

The doors online were shown to have mirrors. Nothing in the picture showed that they didn't have mirrors. But when I got the doors, they didn't have mirrors. And when I called customer service, they were unwilling to help me solve the issue.

I'm sorry to hear about your service experience! I reviewed your orders, and unfortunately the Bestop HighRock 4x4 Element Doors don't come with the mirrors. The photo includes the mirror to show off the door, and how it would look with the mirror. Under the "Installation & What's in the Box" section it lists what is included: Element Doors, Hardware, and an Instruction Manual.
