I called in with numerous questions about which would be the best for my vehicle, the rep I spoke with was very knowledgeable and guided me to the best for me vehicle, which was not the most expensive even though they work on some form of commission, I found this to show honor and integrity, putting the customer ahead of monetary gain, something that is hard to come by these days
Nothing on your website said that you only ship thru Fed Ex. I ordered a $60 item and it was going to cost $150 to ship it Fed Ex. That is beyond stupid. It is utterly ridiculous.
