Ordered a set of Barricade Rubi Rails late Thursday evening and had then on Saturday morning by FEDEX home. First time ordering but was product was a great price, free & fast shipping. Extreme Terrain has earned my business!
Sure did. Have not received them yet, but I am sure they will be great. Easy ordering. A little difficult navigating the Wed site but I finally figured it out.
Extreme Terrain is great themselves as the company but the seats I got are a different story. The brackets are trash when it comes to putting them together. Nothing lines up to bolt them together. The stitching on the lowers where you have to bolt them to the uppers are trash and having the 13mm bolt heads exposed and pulling the fabric over them is going to cause an issue with rubbing or cutting a hole in the material. Something as simple as plastic bolt head covers so no rough edges would of been the ideal thing.
I called with a question and Brynden was very helpful. He answered my question about a product and took my entire order over the phone in no time. I've ordered parts from Extreme Terrain in the past and they were all great, as well are the installation videos. This is the only place I will shop for Jeep parts

The purchasing part was easy as should be considering it was all done by myself. The shipping part was less than desirable. I paid almost 20 dollars for expedited 2 day shipping. Well, it took 5 days to get the bumper. Then, once I did get it, the box was damaged along with the edge of the bumper. Paint was scraped off and the edge was mushroomed out. Looks to have been dropped pretty hard on that side of the box.
So far so good. Can't really rate my experience because I haven't received the order yet. If it comes as expected and on time, should be all good.
