Ordered a Red Rock Grill guard with 3 day shipping. Was supposed to arrive on the 17th, I got a notice from FedEx that it would arrive on the 23 then the 24, so on the 25th I contacted Extreme Terrain and was told that the product had been returned and the would credit a refund back to my card. They further said that they did not know why it was returned. I asked them to just resend it and was told that I would need to go back on their web site and reorder it. Check with my bank and the credited the cost of the grill guard, but charged me for the shipping. I had to go back to Extreme Terrain and argue with them about the shipping cost. This is not the first time I have had issues with Extreme Terrain, but it will be my last.

Do not buy gift cards. I found an open box deal on some lights and when trying to order them they informed me that I couldn't use my gift cards on it. I was on the phone with different individuals for over an hour trying to get this worked out until I finally got to speak with a manager. He told me that he would put the item on hold and then find a way to use the gift cards and would call me the next day. I have not heard from this individual and cannot get in touch with him. I received a email today that my order was canceled. Very dissatisfied and will deal with one of the other thousand Jeep after market dealers
My wife bought a quad fold bed cover for me for Christmas for my new 2021 gladiator. After finally getting to install this product and a couple of weeknights of figuring out how everything should work, and watching videos, I have come to the determination that it is a generic bed cover and won't work without a multitude of modifications. I called customer service, and yes they were very polite, informed me that I could return it for a swap ( but shipping was package cut open and disposed of upon opening). So cost to purchase shipping materials and I was told I am responsible for shipping costs, I am just out my $ 800.00 and my gift from my wife. So, my advice is check with multiple companies and seee if they agree that a same product will fit. I am shopping elsewhere as I will not give more of my money to Extreme terrain.

They send me the wrong part, then they schedule wrong the day for pickup their wrong part and it got stolen, now they they don't know what to do and don't want to be responsible for their actions... this started on November and they are just playing games with me. Don't be expensive stuff from them because they will not help you back. I did talk to them everyday but nothing.
Beware if you buy one of their rear bumpers, your back up sensors will not work. Their solution is to wipe them off. The "brackets" they welded into the bumper do not allow for any adjustment and they do not fell like it is their problem. Bumper looks good but back up sensors do not work.
I ordered a wheel and tire package with TPMS sensors. They mounted and balanced the tires on the rims, and then shipped the TPMS sensors separately, so now I have to take the tires and wheels to a local shop to have the sensors installed. Really? Stay away from these clowns! Complete waste of time, and it will now cost me more than if I had just bought locally to begin with.

Busted both rear shocks. Jumped my dumb $#*! back on xt. Placed order chose 2 day shipp5cuz I'm in a bind. I find out from my own investigation that they wont ship to a p o but it didnt say that when it took my order and gave mr an order number. After finding all this out i now wont be getting my parts Friday more like monday or Tuesday. I paid extra to recieve them in 2 days. Now its gonna be 5 days. SAME AS IF I CHOSE FREE SHIPPING, NOT TO MENTION TH LASY ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG PART. GONNA BE CALLIN A LIVE PERSON TOMORROW. SERVICE HAS GONE TO $#*!
I will never ever order another item for my jeep from this company (Using the word loosely). I paid $400 for a ARB Compressor from them which arrived at my house like it was used, scuffed up and had grass inside of it (Really?). I was told to return it and they would send a new one out right away (Lie). Well that didn't happen and I cancelled my order. 10 days later, I had to call to inquire where the heck my refund was and the CS Rep said she was going to process it now... (Lie #2). This company is shady AF, stay away or buy at your own risk.

With carid, I received my items within a few days and tracking number is properly emailed. With extreme, a couple of my items don't even have a tracking number and not to mention, I still have not received any of my items. I do not believe there will be another purchase form here

I called and emailed several times. The reps have no sense of urgency and genuinely do not care about your issue. They sent another box after 30 days and then an email threatening to charge my Visa for a second purchase unless I drove to a FedEx store and sent them back. I sent both back, waited for another week for the credit and purchased the covers elsewhere. Terrible service.
Over 1 Star, that's comical. These guys can't get their fingers unlodged from their behinds. The last order from them was missing parts and took weeks to resolve. The next order showed in stock and get in 5-7 days. Nada! No email no order no call. I contacted them and a ticket was opened. I contacted them again 3 days later since the agent said they would contact me in 24-48 hours and never did. The next agent to my surprise cut and pasted what the last agent said. "I'll open a ticket and we'll contact you in 24-48 hours". BS. Please ladies and gentlemen, save yourself some time and heartburn and find your parts from someone else. I have 100 percent fail rate with Extreme Terrain.
I wish I would of checked the reviews before I ordered from this trash company. It has been almost a month and I still have not received my bucket doors I ordered. As a matter of fact the doors have not even been shipped out yet... so it will be well over a month before i receive them. I just contacted Extreme Terrain and they said my order was pushed back but I never received an email letting me know it was pushed back and I would not receive them for Jeep Week, which is the reason I purchased the doors. Summer will be over before I receive my doors... I will NEVER order from here EVER again!
I bought 3 items at different times. All were sent by the worst delivery ever. It took two weeks on each item after it was sent. On there website they don't say that an item is being sent by another vendor so you have to wait for them to contact them and then your item will be shipped. They owed me a refund on one item but instead of giving me a refund recharged me for the same item after they received it back. You call them and no one has an idea of what's going on or they say that they will get back to you and they don't. You are on your own.
It's been a few months since I ordered, received, and installed the Side Step Bars. They look great on my Tacoma. Last week though, I noticed one was rusting. I called ET to report and was told that they couldn't do anything - it was more than 30 days. So much for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Workmanship and materials warenteed for 30 days -not making this repeat customer happy.
