I bought a wheel from this place, that clearly states is for a 2018 Jeep Jk in their web page.
They shipped the wrong wheel and refuse a return, because their return policy.
I had bought the wheel last February, but they shipped late, and i had to travel overseas before receiving the item. Then I become trapped overseas because the COVID 19, and cant return home till now, when opning the box, I just realized they shipped the wrong item, and now they are telling I am out of the return time window time, wat kind of customer service is this?
I had attached pictures of both wheels, where is obvious that the bolt pattern are diferent.
Will not buy anything from the again.
Stay away from this guys.

Order a Body Armor rear bumper for my Tacoma and the tag light and Trailer hookup didn't mate up with my TRD package locations, even though it was advertised too. So I was going to return and up grade to another bumper from Extreme but was told I waited pass the return time of 7 days. Yes! 7days. What reputable company has that short a return time. This company Sucks and should be avoided. I have already spent to much money with them. Stay Away! Far away!

Worst company to order from! Save your money! Rude customer service and they don't stand behind their products! Sell used products as new and refuse to exchange or refund u. Box came in perfect condition as a Christmas present so no reason To open it in the middle of winter it's a soft top for a Jeep that is not going to be used until warm weather. Opened yesterday and installed, damaged, ripped, broken parts, scratches used product. Screws were in Saran wrap w duct tape! Customer service response was it was your responsibility to open the box when you received it too bad we are not doing anything for you deal with it. Don't waste your money you might as well flush it down the toilet.

Delayed Shipment

I placed an order and paid for it, said in stock, then I get an email saying it is delayed for 2 weeks. I ordered a bumper in Nov 2020, didn't get it for almost 3 months. Received it after saying I would cancel it. I have ordered a lot of items from here and always the same thing. I believe I will look elsewhere for parts..

Last year I ordered some pegs for the jeep, and unfortunately it was during the riots of 2020. Sales center said it was shipped, and it stopped in a state I can't remember for two weeks. Figured it was lost. I contacted customer service to no avail for a week, then they said it was out of stock. Eventually they got it shipped out to me.

I'm all about second chances. I ordered a Teraflex 9550 stabilizer, shipped next day and delivered two days early.

I hope this company continues to improve because I will definitely be back for more parts.

I bought 3 item from them, 2 delivered, and the third one is the expensive one didnt delivered, and i didnt receive it, when i try to contact them they ask for police report to give me refund or replacement, they knew im from saudia arabia and this thing is difficult for me to guarantee that they win and take my money easy without give me refund or replacment, i will write that every where to make anyone be aware and warning

Update: till now they didnt refund me or send me a replacement, i make some of my friend call them maybe around 5 time and they said they will send email ask for information, until now nothing happened
Beside very bad customer service

Update: finally i get my refund back after long time long story, after ups investigation about item that it didnt delivered

Received a mirror relocation kit for my 2014 JK. One of the blanks broke both anchor pins off. (Bad welds). Contacted support to replace piece and was told we don't do that. Offered to buy said piece and was told they don't do that either. Need to repurchase the entire part.

Pathetic

ExtremeTerrain's shipping department is a complete joke. I ordered LED bulbs for the headlights on my Tacoma. 2 low beams, 2 high beams, 2 blinkers, and 2 fog lights. What I received was 4 blinkers, 3 low beams, 1 high beam, and no fog lights - and they weren't even the right part numbers. The level of carelessness and incompetence is beyond my understanding. This was my first (and most assuredly last) purchase. The only useful thing I received was their catalog, which I'll use the pages of to start my kindling when I use my fire pit. I went ahead and ordered the right parts from VLED's, who when I explained to their rep what happened, I literally had to wait for him to stop laughing. Let's hope ExtremeTerrain's return process is easier.

Ripped Off by Extreme Terrain

Sold utter crap. Purchased the Barricade Apocalypse Grille Guard at a cost of $700 which is a steer grille & bumper combination. In the description it say the following: Bumper and Grille assembly in a 2-stage finish using epoxy pre-coating and high-grade, textured black powder coating for durability and long-lasting corrosion resistance.

5 months in and I have pockets of rust and blemishes everywhere on the finish. I called their support line only to me told that their grille doesn't have a warranty which they neglected to mention on the website. The did offer me $20 whole dollars for my trouble. Such dirtbags.

I've ordered plenty of parts from this carrier and have yet to have a any problems. Part descriptions are accurate and they provide video installation instructions, the website is relatively easy to navigate, and customer service hasn't been a problem for me but I really havent had the need to use it.

Dirty Company

They advertise a price, then they add a handling fee to it. The price is usually higher than retail in the first place, or the same as everyone else. I don't know why some companies advertise using such dirty methods, or why they think a product from them is worth more than everyone else is selling it for. These dirtbags will never get a penny of my money.

This place is a JOKE!

Bought my son mounts for lights on his jeep. Purchased them in late November and his birthday was not until March. Opened the box on his birthday and one of the mounts was disfigured. Called to see if they would send out a replacement and was told no, it was over the 30 days. Never will do business with this place again if they can't stand behind their products. Wish I would have read these reviews and saw that they have a 1-star rating before purchasing. BUYER BEWARE!

Bumber

I purchased a barricade bumper from extreme terrain about a year and a half ago LED lights are already failing due to inferior product and bad seals on the lights. LED lights should not go out this quick. I've had problems with extreme terrain in the past I will no longer purchase anything from this company their parts are inferior for any vehicle that you would like to fix up or make it look nice do not buy from these people I will not Refer anyone to this company for aftermarket parts or products very very poor

I decided to replace the bumpers on my 2000 jeep wrangler sahara.So I fought some from extreme terrain that I liked that would fit. In doing so I found the front bumper that was cheaper and it said open box. So I talk to a tech about this bumper and he said it was just a open box all the parts were working and there.
Well as I was installing the bumpers I noticed the front bumper hat mud on it and was starting to rust a couple of places.
I decided I could live with this but later I found out why it was returned the passenger side fog light fogs up and the wiring harness was all messed up not working so I wired it to my stock fog light switch. I only wish I read all of the negative reviews extreme terrain has about their business before I became a mother one.
I talk to 3 customer service people before I got the answer to take it to a shop and let them do it.
Old well you learn in life about the mistakes you make and this one I will remember. Never to buy anything from this company.

Wish I could give a zero. My garage kept Jeep runninv boards purchased in August rusted and due to being later than 30 days they said nothing thry could do. 400.00 should help out with something. Will not buy from them again.

EXTREME TERRAIN We order $400.00 side step boards for my Jeep Wrangler 4 Door. They started rusting within 6 months of purchase. They basically told me to scratch and offered me a $20.00 coupon. Now I know why they are receiving an under 2 star rating. Garbage company.
