Fast delivery. I put on the new taillights right away. I did watch the video prior to installing. Had a little difficulty getting the wires unhooked from the original but after that it was pretty easy. They look really good to. It does give your old Jeep a nice upgrade! Photos provided are no light, standing light, and left turn (caught it while it was "flashing")

I have been buying a lot of Jeep parts for the last year from E. T. Have had a few minor problems i. E. factory defect in a part, lost in shipping, wrong part in the right box, But, every time I had an issue Extreme Terrain made good on the problem and treated me with total professionalism. Every person I have ever spoken to there has been super polite and resolved my concern immediately. I am going to stay with Extreme Terrain for all of my future purchases.

Got a ten dollars coupon and then when ordered the product that I wanted there was a notification that this coupon did not apply to this particular item. Go Figure
3rd time I have ordered a product and was forwarded to a tech who didn't not only know what was the right part but didn't even know what a load resistor for a LED light was. Your catalog stated LED load resistors to be ordered separately but the part could not be found by your tech support. At least the 4th time I have had a problem with an order. Thinking not worth the aggravation of ordering from you again...

Good experience, just different Ship dates. Tried to use a coupon code but it was already expired.!
Be VERY wary of their advertising that states your order will be shipped next day FedEX if ordered within a certain timeframe. As a new customer, having placed 3 orders within a week, my recent order which had to be delivered next day was shown as standard shipping on the email confirmation AFTER the purchase was made. They have competition and I think they had me as a customer for just my previous purchases. They MUST correct their website and how they display shipping. False advertising!

I will not be ordering from here again, you guys claim something will fit my vehicle and then I get it and it does not fit now I have the hassle of returning it to get my money back. Not happy at all

Customer service promptly answer the phone and was able to take care of the questions I had for them. I haven't gotten the product yet but I'm sure I will be happy with it. Very fast shipping as well. It is scheduled to arrive two days earlier than initially estimated. So far so good

Ordered front and rear flaps got info on front flaps being shipped recieved them quickly. Never heard of anything on the rear flaps have not received them or any other info on them

Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
Answer: Scam as far as I'm concerned. Cheat you out of product and don't make it right, how else do you describe them?
Answer: Not worth giving this company a second chance. Other more legit companies to purchase from.
