Got what I needed easily and got quick help via chat right after the order.
I received a marketing email Extreme Terrain that advertised an item I was interested in. I visited the website and made the purchase and the website showed the item in-stock with a delivery time of 3-10 days. After I paid, I received an email with tracking info that informed me the item will not even ship for over a month in mid May. This is false advertising and is misleading to consumers. I chatted with one your representatives via the website chat feature and they were not helpful and only asked me if I wanted to cancel the order. They informed me that the item was shipping directly from someone else, etc... not my problem. I ordered the item to get it in a reasonable timeframe outlined by your own website. This was not helpful at all and will most likely cause me to refrain from ordering again. Not sure what to believe on your website.
From day one signing up email and purchasing item their coupons have always stated "expired".
Prime example 30$ off cart item for 3 days only. Received that email that morning. And it's already expired in two hours.
I went to purchase 2500$ worth of products. Which I did without that damn coupon. 30$ was not worth all the time spent on trying to use the coupon. But it is not right!

Purchased LED headlights for 2010 Jeep Wrangler. Customer service was helpful during ordering process. When I went to install the product and plugged the components together, the tab members pushed out of the socket. Both pieces were brand new-right out of the box. Had to figure out which wire went where, repair one of the wires which broke and then tape it all together and hope it does not fall apart. Not the quality expected for a brand new product and the price.

My experience with extreme train was fantastic. They helped me find the lyft kit that would work best for me both function and affordability. What surprised me the most was the speedient delivery delivery for the full list kit with free shipping was only was only 2 and a 1/2 days to Arrive.

I don't know anyone that has a off road vehicle that doesn't use this site, one of the best, I go to the site first for literally everything. It's awesome that they have so many sweepstakes and rewards and open box, I would love to win a sweepstakes but it is really nice to get the small gifts for leaving reviews and such. And at first I lived on the open box site. Keep the site great.
I went online to buy some steps for our new gladiator and could not get my credit card to work and I tried again and it finally went through when I was on the phone with someone and I stayed on the line with him until it went through.

I have ordered several items from Extreme Terrain. The service has always been good and the merchandise was exactly as described. However I have been asked to take photos and rate the items purchased with the promise of a free gift. I have yet to get a free gift from ET. I have also asked questions online about an item with the response that I would have an answer in 2-3 days. I have yet to hear a response or an answer for the inquiries that I have asked or seen my questions put online in the questions and answer section of the items I've asked about.
Took less than 5 minutes to put in my truck info and pull up exactly what I need to re-outfit the entire vehicle. Great prices too, definitely a return customer now.
The rain guards was stuck to the package and the adhesive tape was ripped off while unpacking. Rain guards would not stay in place.

I wanted to purchase the ARB Under seat twin compressor kit, but the website showed it was out of stock. I signed up to be notified when it was back in stock. I received an email letting me know it was back in stock, to which I then went and submitted my order. Shortly after submitting my order I got an email saying that the item is out of stock and that the estimated shipping date is 12+ weeks.
Not happy about receiving that email.

Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
Answer: Scam as far as I'm concerned. Cheat you out of product and don't make it right, how else do you describe them?
Answer: Not worth giving this company a second chance. Other more legit companies to purchase from.
