Extreme Terrain knocked it out the park once again. I was dumb to place an order for the High Mount Tail lights for my 2016 Jeep JK and 2018 Jeep JL. One order didn't have the correct mounts for the tail lights and the 2nd order didn't have the wiring harnesses to connect the lights. Returned both items back to Amazon and placed orders thru Extreme Terrain. I was shipped the correct tail light mounts for each vehicle and all components were included in the shipments. Overall, great prices, great selection and options, however felt limited in terms of not providing an electrical wiring panel or diagrams, despite buying lights, and did not include a parts list for upgrades or accessory features

I ordered a DV8 Center mount winch front bumper. I'm not saying i didn't get that but, I didn't get what I thought I was ordering. The picture on the website is NOT what I got. They are two completely different bumpers. What i ordered, right off the website, second picture is what got... what are you going to do about this? Thought I was getting one thing, got another. Wouldn't that fall under false advertisement?

I ordered the bumper on 5-1-25. On 5-2-25 I called to see if I could change to a different bumper that you stocked before they shipped it and was told they could not change the order even though it had not shipped. The person I talked to said they could not stop it and change the order. I guess that I will make the decision to return it or keep it when I receive it. I had planned to order a back bumper and other parts in the future, but I think I will be changing to a different supplier that can stop an order that has not shipped yet.

I do apologize that you where unable to cancel or modify your order 1 business day after the order was placed. Unfortunately when orders ship from one of our warehouses the cancellation or modification window is very short since we normally start processing, packing and ship the order within the first hour that the order is placed. This all depends on time of purchase, what location and warehouse cut off times. But in all we stick to a 24 hour processing window time & shipping. We are working on this and hoe to have some updates in the future rolling out where our customers can cancel within those first 24 hours but that is a work on progress. I have issued you a voucher to use on your next purchase online or over the phone due to the inconvenience you experienced. Order wiper blades for my Tacoma. Instead I got "1955-57 Used Sed/WGN RH Vertical Inner WS Garnish" Could be a mistake. Hopefully it can be fixed

Three days waiting and nothing shipped even after a FEDEX shipping label was created shortly after order submission. In the end my order won't be home before leaving for my trip. Many other choices of vendors for ordered part, gave you my business, and you guys failed miserably. At least I tried

Im just getting into upgrading my Tacoma so I had a few questions. Todd was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service that made buying a new bumper much easier.
The box arrived damaged, but might not have been the company but FedEx, but the way it was packaged (the company) it caused the parts plastic bag to get a tear in it and all the pieces that were needed for assembly were all over the box and 5 pieces were missing. Also, when I wanted to chat with a person the chat started with a chat bot which are useless. Chat bots never answer any questions correctly. I don't know why companies use the chat bots. I finally reached a live person and told them that I was missing 5 pieces that are required for the assembly. They said they would send me the parts but first I needed to take pictures all of the parts that I did receive and upload the pictures to their website. Why would I have to take pictures of all the parts I received just to get the 5 pieces that I told them I was missing. I am not stupid I know what was missing but the company did not trust my judgement on what I needed. So much for being a "valued" customer.
Items missing that wasn't listed missing per the description. Call in to see what could be done about the missing item. Was told what I could do and if I didn't want to go that route I could return the item but if I didn't keep the item as is I would be giving a in store credit. I decided to keep the item.
