The tailpipe was described as scratched which would have been ok, however it is flat out unusable. The hanger had been completely cut off and the exhaust opening badly bent so that it won't even go over my exhaust pipe. It was grossly misrepresented on your website and a complete waste of $115. This piece is scrap at best. I deserve a full refund

Paid extra for shipping because it said a date that was acceptable for me. Shipping was late and I contacted this company's customer service and was treated like a number and given a BS excuse when i stated i ordered by date not by days. So instead of being refunded the shipping difference (the least they could do) i was brushed off then chat was ended. Lost a good customer because of this

I bought new wheels for my 4runner. Paid for 2 day shipping since I needed them quickly. Was nice to have suggested sizes based on lift and possible rubbing. Everything was as expected and received on time. Will be ordering again.

LOVE my new running boards. Came quickly and as described, and they look great. So easy I didn't need my husband.
I spent over 400. Just to be notified that parts are on back back order. Plus the radiator i bought was open box return. My bad for not asking if they ever did pressure test on it.

The radio works almost as advertised. Everything but the Bluetooth music is functional. Radio, Bluetooth cellphone calls, CD player all work but it does not allow Blutooth music to play via the aux button on the radio. For $400 I'd like to have everything work but I'll have to buy a Bluetooth aux/FM adapter to play my Pandora or Amazon Music apps.

I have used extreme terrain for many purchases on our 2015 Jeep JK two door. Every time I have a question, Customer Service has always been excellent. They don't just take orders. They suggest alternatives and I've caught a few mistakes of mine. Most recent purchase was a cold air intake, new exhaust, throttle booster, car cover, and bull bar. Excited to receive everything and get it installed. The videos on the website are also extremely helpful.
Nickolas was very patient and understanding of needs. He was very pleasant to talk to. Ordering was a breeze with him.
