I had place an order on line and it wouldn't let me pay. The product had to be purchased before April 1st and on March 31 I called and they took it over the phone and revived to product today
I ordered a HD tire mount on 3/30 that was supposed to arrive on 4/1. It is now 4/1 and the item still hasn't shipped, and now they are saying it will probably be 4/7 before i even get a tracking number. Horrible customer service and offered no reason for the delay other than trying to say it was the websites fault.
