Had side steps delivered and they came right on time, but no hardware was supplied. Called customer service and they had a set shipped out next day. They were awesome to work with. This was my first order with them, I will continue to order with them in the future because of their service.

I called and asked for windows storage bags for my JL 2022, she told me that she will email me or call with the information, I did not receive anything and call back next day, she asked me to remind her about my previous day call what I was looking for, can you believe that? I did hang up.
Put it on Tuesday as soon as delivered, thunderstorm from hell that night heavy rain, horizontal rain due to high winds, really needed the hard top on that night. The rainy season has started a month early in southwest florida

Packages were shipped and received by carrier with in a day. Carrier held package for unknown reasons.
This part was made in China. Had I known this I would not have purchased it.
