I had issues with a couple of items ordered and they took care of everything extremely fast. There were no attempts to get out of any liability or pass blame, they either sent a replacement (which corrected one issue) or took care of any inconvenience incurred by me, no questions asked (which I feel took care of the other). It felt kind of weird having such wonderful and accommodating customer service. I will definitely continue to get my parts from Extreme Terrain!

Extreme terrain is a great company that offers a wide variety of parts for customizing our Jeep. However, using FedEx as their choice for next day parcel is huge mistake. Had I known it would take an extra two days to arrive, and be delivered to the wrong address, I never would have paid for next day delivery. Please consider UPS. Thank you!

Really love these new geab handles. They look heavy duty & after installing them, they helped get my 265 lb. assz into the jeep with no bending or moving. Extremely sturdy. The instructions are horrible but went to jeep forum & found the right way.

Everything came as described. Shipping was a day later than what I paid for but that's the carrier's fault not ET.
It was fine as it has been many times in the past.
Received the multi-function dash organizer and phone mount and sorely disappointed. It does not hold ny I-phone 12 Pro Max securely even on the road. It came flying off and landed on the floor board. Cant imagine driving over a bumpy road.
Additionally the door handles are nice but were missing the screws.
