The LED lights purchased did not work. Either wrong product fitment or they were just bad. Site indicated they would work, so maybe they lights were just bad.
Should only sell open boxes that have all the hardware or is easily attainable. Also needs to be more obvious that there is missing hardware.

I ordered an item and was having extreme issues with shipping. Although the shipping experience was an exceptionally negative one, the team of customer service agents were excellent with helping me out the best they could.
I ordered the Bestop Trektop NX Glide and I do like the product. My only complaint is that if I'm spending over a thousand dollars on a product, I'd want it to come intact and without ay missing pieces. I did not reach out because the top still works as intended with the broken piece, but just something to be aware of.

Honestly had an issue with first order. Rectified immediately.
I had issues with a couple of items ordered and they took care of everything extremely fast. There were no attempts to get out of any liability or pass blame, they either sent a replacement (which corrected one issue) or took care of any inconvenience incurred by me, no questions asked (which I feel took care of the other). It felt kind of weird having such wonderful and accommodating customer service. I will definitely continue to get my parts from Extreme Terrain!
