I recently ordered a Bull Bar from a competitor in May and still have not received it, kept on saying it was on back order.( so I canceled the order) I ordered from extreme terrain and received it in a matter of a few days. Awesome service very happy.
Realized right when I clicked purchase that my shipping address was 5 years old. How it was still there after ordering things since then i don't know. I emailed, no response. Did the live chat and was told it's too far into the fulfillment stage to change the address. Even though it was 10-12 hours when I realized no email response. Sadly now I have to go to the old house I lived at 5years ago and ask the resident to let me know when my package arrives.

Well between 4 emails asking for a review in less than 24hrs. For a tracking # is even received. Not to mention the product in hand.

Only received the bars for my Rhino Rack Vortex system. I called to see about the other items of the rack system I required and was told this should arrive today which is Sunday August 3rd. So far, no complete order yet and it is almost 5 pm?
