Was happy with the way everything went until I realized that the company had misrepresented when they would actually deliver product. Had I known this would take over a week to make it less then 65 miles I would have purchased elsewhere. Lesson learned. Don't count on this companies delivery quote to be correct...

I apologize if the item took longer to arrive than expected. I understand your frustration, and I truly am sorry for any inconvenience. I looked into this and see that it sat at a USPS facility in KS for an entire day instead of being in transit; it would have been delivered on August 5th rather than the 6th. Considering when you ordered it and when USPS actually retrieved it, I agree it should have only been a 1 business day turnaround time. I see you spoke to a customer service agent and she got support from our Tech team and we went into detail regarding these shocks and that they are used for vehicles with a lift kit.
