I never return things as a rule, however the running boards I ordered were of substandard quality, the lovely ladies I spoke with walked me through the process, the return went very smoothly and they helped me order a better quality brand. Very pleased

These steps are super easy to install and are very durable! They add a new look to our Tacoma and makes it easier for my pregnant wife to get in and out of our truck.
You may want to use a different delivery...my package was at a neighbor's house, they had taken it inside and didn't intend to bring to me. The address was 5135...not 5181 or 5191? I posted the picture in the neighborhood FB group so everyone saw it and knew who had my package. Otherwise, I would not have gotten it back.
We love the tires and rims but FedEx almost always disappoints. They put the boxes out in our driveway while it was raining so hard and the boxes were just falling apart when we got home. They could have easily put them on our covered porch.

I do realize I purchased an open box item, but I did not expect it to be thrown into a box with a few pieces of paper and shipped off. The box arrived broken and damaged. The parts were all scuffed some were bent and that was not what they looked like in the pictures on the website.
Ordering is easy, prices are phenomenal and the promo's and open box items feel exclusive! Can't wait to add the next piece of muscle to the truck!

I have a 2023 tacoma I ordered side steps for. I put all the vehicle information needed and I received the side steps for the incorrect vehicle. I was sent steps that fit a 2005-2015, nowhere near what I had entered. I contacted customer service and they had me to check my paperwork assuming that I had entered the incorrect information. After some investigating on their end, they realized that the mistake had been made by them. I had to repackage and return to fedex and now have to wait yet again for the correct item.
Everything was great, will have purchase here soon and couldn't be happier. Shipping was on time, I've had issues with other things recently not delivering on time.
