This was my first, and probably last order with your company. The items I ordered were not as described. Two of them were open box items. I read the description very carefully before placing my order, and when received, neither of them were anywhere near what the description stated. One item said like new, but when received, it was heavily damaged. The other item was missing major components. When I called customer service, there was no acceptable explanation and my option is to only return it for store, credit and get a $10 voucher. I was told I would receive a shipping label to return the items, but that never happened either. I purchased these items from you as birthday presents, and to say the least we are very disappointed. I understand your return policy and in-store credit policy. However, you did not come anywhere close to meeting expectations regarding quality and customer service.
Everything was acceptable except for fenders which were bent during manufacturing or shipping. Return is being processed and credit has been issued, used, and new product is being shipped. You're doing a great job.
