The item I received was missing some 3M adhesive Excelerator which the representative told me rendered it defective.

I found what I was looking for really easily. Ordered product on a Monday and got it on Friday!
The cleaning wipes that you sent were old and dried out. So i did my best to wash the jeep before applying the adhesive, but by the next day the lights were already coming unstuck. The molle panel that i ordered came with the worst instructions ever! They were hard to understand, didn't make sense, and the pictures that should have helped were way too small and fuzzy and not detailed enough to figure anything out.

Why bother. I never got the promised call back to take care of an issue. Product seems fine. Your customer service skills however, are lacking. You Gabe your CSR's hands tied and whoever can help never followed up.

Called customer service after finding out product was not correct sizes, agent did t know why site said product would work. This is frustrating, because paying for shipping back to your company, only to have to order it from somewhere else and pay a second delivery fee.
