The extension for the spare tire bracket that was on our 2017 Jeep Wrangler Limited when we purchased it looked super strong, sadly it wasn't!
We were super lucky that we noticed the broken bracket before it completely snapped off. I don't even want to think about the horrific accident that could've caused! We can't figure out what could've caused the bracket to break. We only use our Jeep on city streets. It's biggest " off road" moment is the occasional pot hole or railroad crossing, yet the steel plate snapped. We ordered a new one from here that is rated for off road use. We couldn't believe that it was actually cheaper than the one that looks just like ours that broke. I'm happy to report it arrived super fast, feels very sturdy, installed quickly, and is working Beautifully!

I recently purchased a Master top Bimini top for my Tj. When it came i quickly realized that it was a open box return that a previous customer had modified for their Jeep, i didn't mind too much but it was missing one clasp that holds the corner section tight to my bars. I called and sent supporting pictures of the item and the customer service lady was prompt and polite about sending out a replacement and letting me keep the used on on the jeep till the new one came. We item arrived today and installed. Perfect fit and this one was new. Happy with the experience as far it goes. They made it right. Thank you

Shipping was good. Had problems with the delivery. But once they found out l didn't receive the package they did a good job tracking it down and delivering it. Package was a little beat up. It was probably heavier than they expected
