These taillights arrived and when opened the packing looked like they had been opened and removed previously. Lights were outside of the plastic bags and the styrofoam was broken in pieces. Also, instructions were missing from the box. Lights looked fine and I figured out with a little YouTube help how to install just fine. I thought I was buying something brand new, in the box, unopened and now I'm unsure.

Joe from sales gets 5 stars. He did everything he could to help me out, worked quickly and efficiently. But for the fact I wasn't able to complete is why I'm giving two stars. Need to figure out a new third party to go through for their "fraud checks" or have a way to bypass it. I do not live at my billing address and was attempting to ship it to a friends house was unable to complete the order. I really was looking forward to the parts I was ordering but now have to find another company and will probably end up paying more than I would've ordering from Extreme Terrain.

ARB Summit bumper install instructions are lacking in information and the quality of pictures and some have you wondering just what the heck is that. The fog lights should have you utilizing the oem lights. By the time the install is complete, what drew you to this bumper in the first place has lost it's allure. Never have I seen such a cluster f#k of directions and instructions.

Priced right and shipped and received quickly. The only disappointment was to see "Made in China" on the box. Otherwise quick and easy install and seems to be decently constructed.

Had to get some new tires so saw your add on the internet and I wanted some new wheels to go from normal to something that would stand out when you are riding down the road and wow it made my expectations hands 🙌 down!

It arrived a day early, which isn't necessarily Extreme Terrain's doing, but just added to the extreme satisfaction I have with the overall experience.

Ordered a product that was missing parts and they would not replace the missing parts. Also ordered a product that their description said fit my truck but it does not.

The process from entering the order to receiving the product went smoothly. I was kept informed throughout the whole process. It was important to me because I had the items shipped to a different location and I could follow up when the order arrived.

Had an issue where the product I ordered (Front Bumper) was damaged during shipping. Customer service worked with me to resolve the matter. Very professional and helpful with a resolution. Thank you!

I ordered the hot pink skull grill insert. Amazing quality,easy install and arrived earlier than expected.

The instruction mention fog lights but mountingt hem with the Brackets is almost impossible to get the nuts and bolt on. The worst and stupidest thing I have seen is the mounting bracket go on the inside with a mother and father welded on each bracket. How is the bracket to stay in place while putting bumper on? You can't reach the inside and the fall back through during mounting. I will have to gorilla glue the Brackets inside so I can get the bolts through the mount. The fabrication left no entrance behind the plates. Would not recommend the hassle on anyone.

Everything I ordered got to my house before the date I was told it would be delivered. I watched the videos prior to installing everything which made the whole process a lot easier. I actually thought it would be a little more difficult than the videos, but I was wrong. New grill looks awesome and the LED headlights and blinkers word perfectly.

Bak Truck cover arrived damage. Small plastic corner piece was broken off. Reached out to customer service and was told I could return the cover (already have the rails installed on the truck and paid $40 shipping for large size item). OR receive a $245 store credit or$122.50 refund, both of these options would void the warranty on the item. When I asked about a simple hardware request, they don't do that nor would the manufacturer. I reached out the Bak directly and they 100% do have this part and send it to you for free

Seat covers were supposed to arrive sometime before 3/25. When they hadn't shipped I checked on the status and delivery date was moved to 4/4 - 4/8, even though current website says in stock and available for delivery asap. Reached out to customer service again and asked to cancel this part of the order. Was told it has to be cancelled with the manufacturer and they will issue me a $20 credit. Item still not cancelled.

Shady customer service and overall it a great experience. Would not recommend using
