Everything That I have purchased from ET has been delivered quickly and made of quality materials. Website is easy to use and very organized!
After speaking with a singular dedicated employee, I decided to give Extreme Terrain another chance after the disaster that was my last order. This was a mistake on my part, since the exact behavior from my last order was repeated. The ordered item arrived (on-time), but without any of the included hardware necessary for installing the part, effectively rendering it useless. I do not have the words for this level-of supply chain mismanagement. A singular case can be written off as an anomaly, twice in a week's time is a trend. It is clear I am not valued as a customer.

Nick was great! Answered all my questions and knows his stuff! Only catch with the Assuats, ya need a very deep 13/16 socket...and ya don't need lugs since they are hidden so save some cash and use your existing gear.

I've been looking for black out end pieces to go on my partial chrome bumpers on my 2019 Toyota tundra.
