Order on March 24, the tracking said a ticket was created and shipped, but FedEx never received the items. They take your money the second you place the order but even though there system shows it was not shipped 3 weeks later, they make you wait 7-10 days for a refund. You can get store credit immediately, why would I attempt another purchase?

Other than never getting order confirmation email nor being able to verify my email address in my acct on the site. So i am unable to see status of my order etc. only thing i can go by is my credit card was charged for my order just gotta play guessing game on when ill

Shopping is easy. Only complaint I have is using FedEx as your shipper. I have never received an order when it was supposed to arrive. If I am going to pay for 2 day shipping. I expect it at my door in 2 days. It's not on you guys. Anything that is shipped to me from whoever, is never on time or "delayed." It's a pattern of behaivior with them and I would suggest changing to UPS...And no. I don't work for them. 😂
Since this was the second order for seat covers, I am going to cover both. The first set of covers was damaged and had to be returned. The process of the return was somewhat of a chalange, having to take mutipal phots while completing the return procedure. This almost kept me from ordering a replacment from a diffrent manufacturer.

I really like using Extreeme terrain but I got a new vehicle (2020 gladiator) but I am unable to update this in my ET app & I've tried everything. Sent feedback previously as well.
