Terrible customer service. Ordered a 10L plastic jug. 3 weeks later, still waiting for it to ship. Customer service says we will put in a ticket. No resolution. Worst place to order from and work with. I'll avoid ordering from extreme terrain at all cost. Too many other quality vendors to choose from. Extreme terrain sucks! Still trying to get a refund!
We have had some luck with ET. I wouldn't recommend the open boxes. We bought a bumper and tire carrier that was supposed to be missing only the hardware. As it turns out the bumper and the tank queue here were not compatible with each other. The bumper was set up for a bushing pivot and the carrier was made for a bearing pivot.

I had some questions about a big rim and tire package, so I texted a question. I had Brandon call me back. He is a tremendous asset to your company, he helped me order the right combo and checked me out over the phone.
The cover looks and operates great! I have already recommended it to a friend.
That said, there were some installation issues. One the instructions were not applicable to my Jeep Gladiator; fortunately, I found a great installation video. In fact, the install on a Gladiator is easier than on a lot of trucks (no clamps). Two, the plastic end cap on the passenger side was broken so I am trying to get a replacement. Three, and last, the nuts to secure the cover to the rails were the wrong size. I had to run to the hardware store to get the right nuts to complete the job.
Including finding the video and the run to the hardware store, the install took me about 2-hours. I would consider myself inexperienced in this kind of work, though I had the right tools.
Everything was great in the kit. All fit like it should. Prepare for battle when removing original suspension.

Will be a big advantage over the sagging netting. Great delivery, no issues.

I ordered the K&N Series77 high flow performance cold air intake at a cost of $399.00. However, I have a printout of the exact item, I had been looking at, at a price of 349.99. I went ahead and ordered it thinking I was getting the 449.99 price, but to my surprise I paid 399.00. Please explain the discrepancy in your pricing. I like the way they operate even though I have to send them back because the pilot holes on the turn signal does not align with the guide on the mirror cover.
Fast service, fits perfect, instructions were great.
Shipping was fast. The Sunrider I ordered for my Jeep was packaged well. The video installation I found by ET was somewhat helpful.
The brackets was what I needed, the rings around the headlight didn't fit exactly, I had to work with them carefully to install them.
Answer: They have broken several federal consumer protection laws in my 2 experiences with them.
Answer: Scam as far as I'm concerned. Cheat you out of product and don't make it right, how else do you describe them?
