Extreme Terrain was an easy site to navigate and place an order after the many selections to chose from. 4 stars for that. Once bumper was received and install began. I noticed the RR bumper was fabbed incorrectly. Specifically the Overrider hoop. 5/16 inches out in 16 inches of horizontal tube. Please provide steps to remedy this. Fabrication not a reflection of Extreme Terrain. Thank you.
Ordering was simple, priced was dropped on the product the day after I ordered, Wow! Didn't help with my purchase price. Shipping was fast, great looking on my Jeep. Printed instruction sheet for installation was a joke, product did not line up with holes as illustrated. Nuts bolts washers included for install were a mess as the washers were not big enough to retain bolts from falling through the piece being mounted. The mounting brackets did line up with other holes on the Jeep's frame that were already factory threaded. The bolts included in the installation hardware weren't the correct size to use these holes. After verifying the size of the bolts sent I purchased a metric tap set and retapped the holes, bought (4) larger stainless steel washers and gave them a couple coats of matching black finish.
Rock rails look great, additional cost and time required for install.
Process was easy, Good over-all description one thing you might include in the description is the different load capacities or ratings between the standard coil vs outback coil. Customer service was available and very knowledgeable products.
I had a lot of difficulty with canceling some of my order. But they finally got it done just a little frustrating..
