Ordered jeep hood wranglers. Was notified they were out of stock. I asked for refund. They said they would refund when supplier refunded them. Annoying. I'm not doing business with your supplier. I'm paying you. If you know it's out of stock i expect a refund immediately. They did eventually refund it though.

I was able to locate the order you are referring to we submitted the cancellation to the supplier on 10/16 the supplier confirmed cancellation on 10/17 and we refunded your original method of payment. For direct ship orders we relay the timeframe of 3 business days so we can confirm with the vendor that they in fact didn't ship it and can confirm cancellation on there end. Ordered a stubby bumper with next day delivery. Didn't receive next day and item was missing parts. Contacted Extreme Terrain to get parts. Two weeks later and no resolution yet. Extreme wanted photo's, talked to persons, chatted online. All steps were a cluster. Decided to contact manufacturer directly. Rugged ridge had it resolved it within an hour. Extreme Terrain said parts weren't available from manufacturer, guess what they are.

The first thing i ordered on extreme terrain was a 3.5 inch lift kit for my tocoma and my order showed up on time and had everything I needed in it. I was so happy with it I went ahead and ordered my steps from them too and again on time and a very easy install!
Prices were competitive and I experienced quick shipping. The OME leafsprings fit perfectly and everything arrived on time. I'm happy with my extreme terrain shopping experience...lifted rear of truck, with a cap, 2". Just what I was looking for.
One of three bolt is cross thread. Extreme Terrain made it right.
I ordered a bunch of parts. Some went through some got canceled with no explanation. And instead of a refund I got in store credit? Had to call multiple times to get anywhere and still never got a full answer. The product is great have no complaints. However you can buy the same stuff on different sites and I'd recommend doing that instead.

I apologize that your orders keep getting cancelled and you weren't able to get any real answers. We use a security system called Riskified and it is used with multiple consumers. If your details do not match the credit card being used or your information was flagged by another consumer then our system will flag it and cancel the order. Unfortunately we don't have a lot of control over this, we always advise customers to check with there bank and make sure your billing address and email match your bank biling statement. There can be other reasons as well for an order getting cancelled we just don't always get a straight answer unfortunately. Wish they would show what was missing out of open boxes. All the parts were there
We relied on youtube videos to help install. If it were only for the written instructions, we would have had a lot more trouble.
I placed an online order that includes a mount and balance with my wheel and tire package. Extreme terrain shipped the wheels and tires to my address. I was told they would setup a mount and balance at a local shop and have them shipped there.
I called to get it corrected and was transfered to alot of departments that cannot resolve the issue.

My spare rim was cracked, and I needed a new one. I ordered one that closely resembled what I had. I received it & opened it. It was beautiful. I will be replacing my old rims now. Thank you ET!
